It was shame this my safe wasent working and there was dirty bin in my bathroom thas was forgotten to be empty they bathroom was lots smaller then usal would nots like they room 430 again for next trip thenku

Great location
As a Marriot Bonvoy member, I’d expect more than to be put in room 001 on the basement floor next to both the offices, laundry room and lift. It was loud, and I was awoken early by other guests chatting in the laundry room and at the entrance to the lift. Underground train rumble also noticeable due to location of room on basement level. Room very cold upon arrival - aircon had been switched on and was running at 19 degrees.

Easy walk from station, lovely old building, friendly and helpful staff, efficient check-in and out. Decent size room and bathroom.

Location Superb near the Cavern Quarter, The building itself was a beautiful piece of architecture being an old Insurance building since the 19th Century.
Rooms were a little cramped and could have done with some more lighting.
