My wife fell down the step at the hotel she ended up in Aintree hosptal with a broken hip, your first aid lady came to see if she was ok but she could not do anything uner the cicumstances, needless to say apart from one of your cleaners she was the only one who asked about her, management ZERO. I asked about a refund bacause my wife was only in the hotel for half an hour but was refused the reason being you only pay for the room!!!!!!!.

Poor
I have stayed at the Adelphi many times, and usually it's good. The location is great and also the breakfast.
The room was very hot; there was no thermostat; the radiator was almost too hot to touch. With difficulty I opened the window and the room was then cooler, but unfortunately there was a ventilation fan right outside so the room was noisy. Unfortunately I only discovered this late in the evening when I returned to the hotel and was very tired. Next morning the reception told me that I should have come down and asked for a room change, but I was tired and there was no 'phone in the room.
