Good city centre location and very handy for Lime Street station Room was clean TV and kettle both worked Bed was comfortable Public areas in the hotel looked OK Adequate for the price I paid but wouldn't want to stay there more than one night
No ceiling light so room was gloomy - Only one small lamp to light up the whole room No hot water to have a bath Shower didn't work Baking hot in room - Had to turn on fan and leave it on to cool down the room No free internet 20 minute queue to chec

Smooth check in. Facilities in room.
Not much option for breakfast. Not worth amount we paid.
There is no main light in room. The lamp was the only lighting we were able to have!

Location is excellent for central Liverpool
Shabby, tired and in need of a serious investment and renovation. Could be a fantastic hotel - sadly it is far from that.
