i order double bed and got 2 single beds which was extremely uncomfortable , very old property and not worth the money at all. parking was additional £13 . just not recommendable

I enjoyed every minute, the staff where great, friendly, and they couldn't do enough for you, my only criticism is we came down for breakfast at 9.00am and it was very dry because the food had been under the heat lamps since probably 7 am but the next day we came down at 7 and it was delicious, but overall we had a fantastic stay at the adelphi Liverpool.
If the breakfast was cooked in two stages so customers who come down for breakfast after half 8 to 9.00 would still have a fresh breakfast.

Very convenient for both the station and exploring Liverpool. Excellent bed. Fantastic ballroom. good bag storage system
Radiator, not working, TV only just working (2 channels!), bath incredibly slippery (bath mat provided when we asked, Outer window slightly open - couldn't get to get because inner window stuck. Breakfast whisked away at 9.30 exactly (people are here for pleasure - not just business - why not a later finish?) Hotel generally tired and needs a refresh

The location was perfect
When in arrival the coustomer service was very poor. There was a, bad smell in the lift. When we got to the room there wasn't a great smell in the room either. The bathroom was recently upgraded but not clean with tissue on the floor and it was dirty aswell. One of the beds in the room the headboard was off not fitted properly.. The other bed was very loose as well pillows was awful no spare pillows. Very disappointing over all.

Such a beautiful building. Amazng location, big room, great bathroom and very quiet
The decor could do with an update, it was a little tired and needed a radiator cover..a lick of paint and some new curtains could easily have transformed what was a beautiful room into omething really special.
