A very attentive staff member was able to move me to a quiet room number 215. I am an autistic guest and he went above and beyond to assist me to find a suitable room for my sensory needs. He was polite and welcoming despite my difficulties around a need for silence. Because of this young man’s professionalism, kindness and understanding all of my future stays in London will at this hotel.
The hairdryer cord needs adjusting.

Really loved the ease of check in, room was really clean, spacious and the windows could open to allow fresh air. Had a really nice feel and I'd stay again. Not a long tube on Victoria line ... Really convenient. Bar was good. Breakfast nice bonus. Option to buy snacks, drinks etc at reception
Liked everything. The only recommendation would be for some water in the room. We didn't arrive until after midnight and I forgot to buy water.... So make sure you buy from downstairs if you don't drink tap water. But honestly no criticisms
