Very Poor
The location is good
The room extremely small and even after cleaning the toilet remaining smelling very bad.
Some of staff with very poor service were totally unprofessional , whereby one case of scandal happened on the day of checking out and I asked them a service to give me where to change clothes for 2 minutes they accepted to do so, but when it was the time of changing clothes they sent me to the toilet of the restaurant next to them.

Very Good
Good location, a short walk away from Big Ben area. Room was really modern, and the lighting was especially nice, with RGB detailing. A/C worked well on a hot day.
We were sometimes awoken in the morning by loud hustling, so the doors are very thin. We chose a room without windows, however it did start to smell from moisture after a while.

Pleasant
Location in front of one of the Bakerloo underground stops. The room design was modern and the bed was comfortable.
The room was extremely small - especially for two people. Almost no room to sit on the toilet!

Location was perfect, so close to the main attractions we mainly walked but the tube is also across the street.
Room was everything we needed, very clean. We had enough room for everything.

Very Good
Great location between two underground stations. The windows kept the noise out pretty well, the AC was a saviour in the heat.
As a solo traveller I got a really small room which made it a little hard to move around the room with the luggage and other bags around. The room had a few hangers but no storage space

Exceptional
The room was clean, easy, and just what I needed as a solo traveler. The location was perfect, 10min walk to Waterloo station and Westminster. Staff was great.
My room had no windows, which I was ok with but maybe not for everyone.

Poor
For a budget room it’s fantastic. It’s newly renovated. If you’re coming from the United States, if you’re only charging your devices, you don’t need a plug, there are plenty of ports.
As a disabled traveler, I have to meet certain criteria that others wouldn’t know about. They’re newly renovated property has thermostats that are impossible to operate. There are also no phones in this hotel. This hotel has no “WhatsApp“ phone number. So if you wanna call the front desk, you have to place an international call from your room down to the ground floor. Read that again. Because of the inoperable thermostat and no phone I had to get in my wheelchair and go downstairs four or five times just to have somebody change my thermostat 2°.

Disappointing
The location was great
The room was so tiny, we asked the staff upon arrival for an upgrade but they said they were full, our room was 86sq ft and we were in the basement without a window.
Bathroom was so small you have to sit sideways on the toilet, we booked another location for the next night and didn’t look back.

Good
The Hotel was quite new. The staffs were good and kind. Location was very good.
The rooms were very small. The price was quite high as compared to the size and comfort. One has to purchase tee or coffee. With the prices, I would expect complementary tea/coffee.

Fair
The location was exceptional to go to important places. Also was close to good places to eat.
We did not like that there was no bottles of water to take to the room, well we had to buy them. No ice available also. The air conditioning of the room was not functioning. The staff gave us little fans. We had to take our luggage to the 6 floor because the lift only reach to the 5th.
