I chose this hotel mainly for its location, and I have to say that part was truly excellent. It’s just a few steps from the underground and very well connected to the rest of the city, which made moving around London incredibly easy. The room itself was also quite nice: cozy, comfortable, and overall pleasant to stay in. The cleanliness was good as well!
What ruined the experience for me was the staff. I unfortunately had to contact the hotel after my stay because I had forgotten a sweater in my room. What should have been a very simple and straightforward request turned into an exhausting and honestly upsetting process. Emails were answered after hours and hours of waiting, even when I was asking for basic information. I was promised several times that I would receive the package measurements needed for the courier, but those details never came: just more delays, more excuses, more “we’ll let you know soon.” Eventually, I had to call, and the person who answered was unhelpful, rude, and seemed openly annoyed by the situation, as if assisting guests was somehow optional. She also didn’t take note of the scheduled courier pickup date, and actually seemed to have forgotten about it entirely: I had to call back again to make sure the item would be ready. During the stay, there was also a smaller but still meaningful issue: although the room is meant to be cleaned every five days, on the third day we returned to find the bed had been remade unexpectedly. Since we weren’t expecting housekeeping that day, we had left some personal items on the bed and those were moved and simply thrown onto the floor. It felt careless and a bit disrespectful of our belongings.

The location is good
The room extremely small and even after cleaning the toilet remaining smelling very bad. Some of staff with very poor service were totally unprofessional , whereby one case of scandal happened on the day of checking out and I asked them a service to give me where to change clothes for 2 minutes they accepted to do so, but when it was the time of changing clothes they sent me to the toilet of the restaurant next to them.

The location was absolutely perfect. Plenty of shops to grab food and only a short walk to local cafes and to Southbank where I was attending the film festival. I personally had a lovely view of The Shard, even if I did have to crawl to the end of the bed to see it. Ideally located right over the road from Lambeth North station which was brilliant when arriving late at night when it was dark. The rooms in my opinion are brilliant just for short stays
Could’ve done with a little more space at the bedside because as someone with medical issues, I tend to need a number of things to hand. Even just a longer compartment similar to what is there now would be helpful. I also personally like coffee making facilities in the room rather than having to leave to acquire one. The bathroom I had also had a very slight whiff of drains (Room 506).

Great location just a stroll away from Waterloo. Clean and comfortable bed
You could just walk in. None of the access doors to the stairs and lifts were locked which felt unsafe. The room was tiny. We managed but it wasn't comfortable. I hate the frosted bathroom doors and the lack of handle (just a hole instead) you need to put the TV on to feel like you're not listening to your roommate go to the loo.

Nothing was good about this hotel, oopps sorry not hotel but some joke. Rooms were like size of bathroom. Rooms were sooo small and clumsy, felt claustrophobic with no oxygen. No space to keep atleast one luggage, just enter the room and its finished. One cannot move its body inside room. Roofs of the room was also soo low, felt like travelling in train with upper berth. Bathroom was tiny and couldn't fit any average human being. It was as small as toilet provided in flight. Ahhh... it was horrible.. As a gesture, they didn't even provided any water bottle and when asked for it they mentioned that it's chargeable. Common at least provide a bottle of water to guest... disgusting. Not sure with what intention this hotel was made. It was soo horrible experience. Total waste of money, instead I would suggest to pay extra 10-20 pounds and get some brand hotel. This is my honest review based on my personal experience recently.
