Property is in good location, very easy to find beside two station which is Waterloo & Lambeth North , beside the train station, staff are fantastic, rooms are clean, everyone is easy to approach. They maintain the lemon water at the front desk for all the guest who are passing by or waiting to check in . beds are very comfortable,quiet at nighttime ,linens are nice and soft, shower water is powerfull .Very Happy on out stay . Definitely will be back .
A little bit about ambulances noise, well we are near the nhs ambulance station so understandable too .

The staff was really good and polite. Lamberth north tube station at 1 min walking distance.
The pictures uploaded on the bookings.com are deceptive. Dont fall for them. The room are really tiny, I mean you dont even have a space to keep your luggage. They dont provide basic facilities in the room like hot water kettle, tea and coffee etc. You have to pay money for that. I stayed at their Westminster property and the noices on the road kept me awake all night. I will never recommned this to anyone. You can get better deals in the same price. BIG NO for me.

Location very good for tube and lower marsh area
It is not a budget hotel in my opinion to not have any room servicing with a 3 night stay I believe is unreasonable. No instructions offered by staff how to warm the room up it was cold, weird light settings I eventually worked out to switch off. But very noisy!!! I was on second floor Main Street facing just loads of traffic noisy didn’t sleep 1 night through. Why they would not have doubled glazed windows, sound proofed, I don’t know.

Room & bathroom tiny. Bed crammed up in a corner and pretty much impossible to get out of unless you are an Olympic gymnast. Bathroom as similar story

Central location: Near a tube station, it's also beside a Costa coffee shop and there's a Sainsbury's small shop across it. The rooms are small, however it was enough for me for a one night stay in London. There were enough hangers for clothes, and the room was clean. There were a lot of sockets and a hair dryer was provided.
When I came to check in I think there wad a system error as quite a few people had problems (including me). It eas eventually resolved but had to wait a bit and the check-in area is small so it became very crowded. The rooms dont have kettles but you can buy coffee or tea by the check in area.

Great location just over the bridge from Westminster. Very clean and great staff. For a solo female traveller good security.
Just be aware the rooms are very small so I’d recommend booking a larger room if you can.
