There was no good bar to drink. Had to go across the street. Apart from breakfast, only restaurant is Italian.

Very dog friendly and lots of facilities. There is great enclosed parking outside but just make sure you book in advance on the app. Lovely area of london with great access to sites. We were very close to the west end.

The location was okay, as it took about half an hour walk to almost everything worth visiting.
Unfortunately, we left deeply disappointed by the overall experience. Several issues contributed to this: We received no proper welcome or explanation of the hotel’s facilities. The check-in experience felt rushed, and staff seemed overwhelmed. We left our luggage at reception, only to wait 40 minutes before someone told us they couldn't locate it. I had to go in and retrieve it myself. We were denied access to the pool before check-in, later told we didn’t have pool access at all, and on the day of check-out we were told there wasn’t even time to use it even though it was included anyways. We had chosen to skip housekeeping in exchange for a complimentary bottle of wine. Despite following up twice, the wine was never delivered. We paid extra for a high-floor room expecting a better view, but instead were placed facing noisy train tracks. The noise was so loud we barely slept. The room itself was shockingly dirty upon arrival – far below acceptable standards. Basic toiletries were missing, and the shampoo dispenser was either broken or empty. .. In short, we did not receive the value or comfort we paid for. The stay failed on multiple levels, from service (some were ofcourse great) to hygiene to misleading room expectations.

Security. Location, staff. Room, reception
This is so minor I’m clutching at straws but when we arrived we waited for our room! We were earlier but the receptionist was amazing and he got us in early, we didn’t mind waiting, but we waited in reception bar, and ordered a drink it took 25mins to arrive, so that was a small minor start which could have been better. As I say the hotel was so perfect and staff were perfect I don’t know why I’m saying it!
