Nice reception area and dining /bar facilities. Nice bedroom decor and technology.
Slow service. Lack of soundproofing in the bedrooms....could hear the next rooms' television and talking. Pillows were very hard and mattress wasn't comfortable.

Disappointing
Bed was a good size and comfortable. Sound and lighting levels in the room were good, blinds shut out light really well overnight. Room was nicely decorated and of a good size. Pool facilities were lovely. Less than 2 minute walk to nearest tube station.
Hairdryer was on a cable the was coiled cable like an out telephone cable, which meant it was really short and if you tried to stretch it out at all it came straight out the plug socket, made it really difficult to use. Breakfast was horrendous. We had to queue for 40 minutes to get into the restaurant and then the tables were so close together it was difficult to get in and out of our chairs. Cold selection of food was good, but all the hot food was overcooked and almost inedible, it made it a very unenjoyable dining experience. Would gets better breakfast at a premier inn paying half the price we paid here.
