Good location, the room was relatively clean, beds are comfortable.
Lazy staff, lobby is not clean, hall was smelly, food is the same every day, food selection is limited, restaurant is not clean, drinks machine is very dirty, taking a meal is chaotic, staff in a restaurant is not well organized, room has no fridge, windows can't be opened, curtains were dirty.

I had a wonderful stay at Hampton by Hilton London Waterloo. The hotel was excellent from start to finish. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and professional, and the service was outstanding. My room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the breakfast was delicious with a great variety of choices.
The location is also fantastic, making it very convenient for exploring London and getting around the city. I really appreciated the warm atmosphere and attention to detail throughout my stay.
Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend Hampton by Hilton London Waterloo to anyone visiting London. I would happily stay here again!
