The room was very clean and they changed towels every day. The breakfast was good and we had a variaty of food. The stuff was very helpfull and the location of the hotel is at 10 minis walk from London Eye. Overall a very good experience!

Have stayed here on many occasions. Great location and very clean comfortable rooms
I need to follow up with Booking.com as I was overcharged at hotel from what was agreed cost at reservation. I intensely dislike the 'free ' breakfast. A total fight for survival in crazy throng. Reduce occupation charges and bring back breakfast charge. And can we get a dress code for breakfast! Looking at slatternly females in their pj's not conducive to a pleasant breakfast.

We have stayed before. Breakfast was really good appart from no fried or poached eggs.
Evening dinner was really good.
Room large and bright although decor a bit bland.
