Excellent choice of breakfast items and very smooth and friendly staff service
Ceiling light in room entrance not working: should have been reported by Housekeeping and repaired. Water pressure in shower a bit weak.

Location was perfect (so my value for money comment is only because I am tight! - central London hotel so actually ok value). Views from 8th Floor room was lovely, room was lovely and clean - shower was great although could have been a little more powerful - probably due to being on top floor. Breakfast was good and in line with most other hotels that put on a buffet style.
Only slight matter - took quite some time to get served at the bar for drinks and coffess - granted hotel was busy but it seemed reception desk staff also covered the bar which does not make too much sense in busy periods.

We liked the refurbished room, it was very comfortable , spacious and well designed. The breakfast had had big variety but a bit hit and miss especially the scrambled eggs. They breakfast staff was helpful and ready to provide gluten free bread, which was a big plus for us. The location a 10/10
I would have liked better ventilation, given that the whole building smelled of the breakfast. Same for the bathrooms, there were not windows. Also the hotel seems to avoid spoons, there were no small spoons to be seen....

Very clean, very close to the main train and underground station of WAterloo good sized rooms large beds in the twin room we had, excellent breakfast and other facilities

Great location, only 2 mins walk from Waterloo station. Nice clean rooms, pleasant and professional staff. Good breakfast, with plenty of choice. Really good value for money and I would recommend the Hotel.
