Everything. Wondered view. Great location, big room, comfy bed, polite and helpful staff. Lots to choose from at breakfast.
A bit pricey, but the hotel made up for it. Should be 4*+.

Staff pleasant and were able to leave bags for the day after checking out. Convenient for Waterloo station.
Not up to the standard we expected for the price paid. Room small. No fridge. Window looked out on nearby part of building with windows facing ours. Breakfast over-crowded and poorly presented. We noticed that breakfast was advertised outside the hotel so numbers were probably increased by non-residents.

Handy location and reasonable value with breakfast included. Twin room was a good size and clean. Good to have use of a gym.
The immediate area close to Waterloo station is a bit run down, but the hotel can't help that. Unable to get a twin room as requested until we pushed and asked for this. They were able to facilitate after initially indicating they could not.

Location is great and close to everything. Room was clean and when I had issues they were addressed quickly. Breakfast was versatile and good.
Was disappointed that you did not have any quiet place to work at. Not everyone can work in the room because of comfort or take meetings because of noise from others in the room. When I asked about a solution for 1 hour meeting I was told you don't have any common work place of anywhere that is quiet and the only option is to book a meeting room and pay. We live in an age that this is an issue for people that travel and work. In addition, I was misled/ confused by your reps as I was told by one that you don't have a place but if I needed a space for 1 call, I would be allowed to use the meeting room (free of charge), as long as it was not booked. When I came later to confirm if it was free or not, I was told by another rep that this is not possible, despite the room being free. I wouldn't mind it, but the inconsistency was the issue. Either it's an option out of courtesy, or it's not.

Location and staff are amazing.
Paid for a refurbished room but the bathroom had a terrible smell. The blind did not shut light out so was bright throughout the night as lights on opposite build weee very bright and on all night
