It was good to stay in the center!
I didn't receive instantly 30 pounds back after I stayed. They said they will send it back after I check out. After 1 day I didn't get it back!

I was checked in by Chris who couldn’t be any more helpful. Welcoming, informative and really went out of his way. Nothing was a bother. He’s a credit to the hotel.
Hiltons need to start classing themselves as a budget hotel because that’s the standard they provide now. The bar staff at the reception have no clue how to do simple tasks( I suspect it’s all new staff). £5 for a coffee that tastes awful and comes in a tiny cup, food at the restaurant for dinner is atrocious and beds are solid and so are the pillows. Room was really clean though. I wouldn’t return to this hotel.

Overall, we really liked everything: the great location, the polite staff, the good breakfasts, and the clean room!
There was no drinking water provided in the room (at least one bottle per person should be provided). Additionally, some furniture, appliances, and the faucet were not in good condition (photo attached)
