The bed was not comfy like premier inns , it was very old and uncomfortable, we had an awful nights sleep. But the room was good nice and quiet , had everything you needed for an overnight stay very convenient for Waterloo station .

.The location suited our needs as we wanted to be close to Waterloo main line and underground station in London
The room was quite basic, which was fine, but lost a few points due to the fact that there were only 2 tea bags provided, 2 sachets of coffee, and 2 sachets of brown sugar (no white). I had to ask for more at reception to use the following morning.
