The fruits and food are very good, there were varieties. The cleanliness is excellent. It gives a pleasant aroma to the hotel.
The room heater was not good as expected. This to my understanding is a result of the central control it has. I had to be calling frequently to get the room at the temperature I wanted. However, the staff were always ready to provide for your request.

The room was lovely, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was manic busy. We went down after 9am so it was expected. Breakfast was good. Staff were very friendly
We had no showergel in the bathroom. I guess the last guests emptied it but it wasn't checked by housekeeping before we occupied the room. It was raised with the front desk but by then it was too late for a shower for us.

Great location, perfect for what we needed. Comfy room and bed. Breakfast was amazing - lots of different choice, almost everything you could think of. A great start to a tourist day in London!
