The bed was very comfortable, it had air conditioning, loved the shampoo and conditioner - my hair felt so soft. Really good breakfast. Excellent location for Waterloo station.
Air conditioning was a bit noisy, but worth it as very hot in London when we went.

Nice room, great positioning. I had the chair bed which wasnt as comfy as the main bed, but still more than good enough! All clean and tidy, and a nice breakfast too

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was spotlessly clean and had everything you would need. The breakfast had an excellent choice and was well prepared and presented. The hotel location was very good.
The rooms were hot for sleeping. I understand that they have to control energy use and costs but the thermostat for the air-conditioning was set at 19° and it was not possible to lower it. The mattress whilst comfortable was quite noisy from the springs whenever you moved.

Disappointing
The hotel is close to a major train station. They also served a great breakfast in the morning that exceeded our expectations.
We were told when we arrived that the internet was not working but they were working on a solution. I never worked during our stay. We were also told that due to a power outage the air conditioning in the room may need to be reset but that it would work. We had 2 rooms and one never had air conditioning. This was during July and the daytime temperatures were over 32 degrees (90F). We called in the middle of the night to the front desk because we couldn't tolerate the heat and they brought us a small fan, that was the best they could do. We were not given any compensation or even sympathy for the lack of air conditioning.

Lovely hotel, great location. Room was huge, nice big shower and ensuite.
Had a small issue with our room which couldn't be resolved. Only stayed 1 night so wasn't the end of the world. Only reason I can't give 10 out of 10
