Staff were welcoming
Bed/matress not very comfortable same with the pillows and bedding (premier inns and travel ladge are more comfortable). Unable to open the window due to something about ventilation outside..... the aircon could only be set to 19 and im not even sure it worked, room was very warm. When closing the curtain, it wouldnt fully close and would leave a gap down the middle so early bright sun rise came straight into the room at the bed, disrupting sleep and also heating the room even more it was like a sauna. And the curtains also had small holes in so even if the curtains would close fully would still have multiple small beams of light through them. I did expect better from the brand name.

The bed was very comfortable, it had air conditioning, loved the shampoo and conditioner - my hair felt so soft. Really good breakfast. Excellent location for Waterloo station.
Air conditioning was a bit noisy, but worth it as very hot in London when we went.
