Staff attention at breakfast. as well as away from the desk. Housekeeping, third floor friendly and responsive. Iron and ironing board in room.
Breakfast could have been better with real, instead of powdered eggs. Stewed tomatoes would have been nice. Rooms could have used more clothes hangers. I felt like it was designed for one night or short stay. We stayed five days and never were able to really unpack.

Room was a bit cramped, no microwave or fridge was included. Bathroom lacked an air vent. Outside window did not close all the way so there was a small air draft at night.
