We have stayed before. Breakfast was really good appart from no fried or poached eggs. Evening dinner was really good. Room large and bright although decor a bit bland.

Hotel is an an ideal location, close to Waterlooo station and easy walking distance to theatre land. It was very clean and even though it is a large hotel with lots of room it never felt too busy.

It was good to stay in the center!
I didn't receive instantly 30 pounds back after I stayed. They said they will send it back after I check out. After 1 day I didn't get it back!
