Location is perfect if you are travelling by train. Literally 5-10 minute walk from Waterloo and perfect for dropping off bag/ recollecting before & after check in/out leaving you free to explore without luggage. My room was fabulous, bed comfy, shower powerful, no street noise & lucky with view of London Eye skyline. Breakfast is very easy, buffet style, hot or continental with so much choice. Lots of hot drink machines too so no queue for drinks which was perfect.

This hotel is a 3-star hotel, but almost a 4-star hotel. It could have a full 4-star rating, but the natural wear and tear of the interior elements and cheap furniture in the rooms prevent this. But the hotel has a good gym, they serve hearty breakfasts in the morning, and the room is quite large.
The hotel has one serious drawback. There is a smell (apparently sewage) in the corridor of the 1st floor and in the room. The hotel management needs to pay close attention to this. That is why I have lowered the overall rating of the hotel to 7.

The staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Good selection for breakfast. Great access to transport with Waterloo station a short walk down the road and bus stops near by.
As we had a room with sofa bed, when it is pulled out it doesn't leave much space in the room and, if you wanted to take in the city view you had to climb over the sofa bed.

Rooms were lovely really comfortable and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good lots of choice.. Good for the tube station.
