The property was refurbished in 2023 so everything looks chic, clean and modern. We had a nice size room with a fantastically comfortable bed, excellent air conditioning,a nice large screen television, and sound proof windows and walls. We didn’t hear a thing.!! Breakfast is included and is excellent too. it was a wonderful three nights stay.

Location was good for us. the staff was wonderful to us, the room was just right for us. Breakfast was wonderful! we had stayed there three years ago and that's why we booked again. We loved it!

The staff was so nice and free breakfast was good. Pretty quiet area too. Only about a 5 min walk to the underground
I am convinced that my bed was just ever so tilted. It wasn’t enough to be uncomfortable but it felt off. My friend didn’t feel that with hers. The beds are also really hard and could have been more comfortable. The windows don’t open at all.

Close to waterloo station and lots of restaurants for lunch though there were not a lot fro dinner. The london eye and big ben were around 2 kms walking distance from the hotel. Breakfast was really good with lots of variety and the room was for a friend

Hotel was ideal. Close to waterloo station and lots of restaurants for lunch though there were not a lot fro dinner. The london eye and big ben were around 2 kms walking distance from the hotel. The breakfast was good. The kitchen staff, waiters and waitresses were very good. The room was clean and comfortable but no view. I asked to have a late ckeck on the day i was leaving and was told that its ,£15 additional per hour. I paid it. There is a bus stop not more that 20 feet away from the hotel. Its close to key london locations.

Very difficult to fault anything about the hotel - clean, spacious room with a comfortable bed and excellent bathroom facility. Really nice desk space as well for those coming on a work-related trip. Good location close to train and tube stations. Good space for breakfast in the morning.
My room was a bit too warm, although I think that was due to the building stone absorbing a lot of sun that day. Gladly a fan was left in the room which helped a lot with cooling it down. Otherwise nothing to say as it was a great stay.

Wonderful
The fruits and food are very good, there were varieties. The cleanliness is excellent. It gives a pleasant aroma to the hotel.
The room heater was not good as expected. This to my understanding is a result of the central control it has. I had to be calling frequently to get the room at the temperature I wanted. However, the staff were always ready to provide for your request.

Hotel is an an ideal location, close to Waterlooo station and easy walking distance to theatre land. It was very clean and even though it is a large hotel with lots of room it never felt too busy.
