The bed was comfortable. Room was quiet. Location was close to the Waterloo train station
The staff were very rude and unfriendly. There was a mouse running around the restaurant at breakfast - guests were screaming and running away - the staff did nothing. The food wasn’t good either

I wish the bed had been cleaned underneath the matress. Coffee/tee options in the room were standard, not more.

The staff (young and old) were extremely helpful, friendly and very accommodating. Great value for money with breakfast included setting us up each day for touring. The hotel was central and close to Waterloo Station, London Eye and bridges.
Our room was facing the main road and a little noisy for being a family room.

Location is good and very well connected with public transportation. Breakfast was decent and staff was very polite and helpful (with exception of mishap described below). Room was good
Whoever is managing the hotel's communications in booking.com clearly ghosted me, when I simply asked for the second guest to be granted early access to the room (within check-in hours), as my train was delayed, or simply arrange for his cumbersome bagages to be temporarily stored, while waiting for my arrival. Very unprofessional. Also, there was a sliding door giving access to both the bathroom and the closet, making it impossible to have both open at the same time. Very bad design
