Comfy bed and the view.
They don’t take debit cards which caused problems with check in. I only have a Mastercard Debit card from NatWest, a standard card, but they wouldn’t accept it. Very fraught, which I didn’t need after a long journey. I left my charger in the room after I checked out, when I went to get it later, I was told housekeeping hadn’t found it. The manager then checked the room and said it wasn’t there. No offer to look into it or take my details in case it turns up. Breakfast very busy, gave up waiting in the toast line. Quality of food decidedly average. Expensive (£192) for what it offers.

The hotel was well located. Clean and tidy throughout. All the staff we came across were friendly and polite. The room was a good size. The bed was comfortable.

Location is perfect, breakfast was really nice and it’s good that it was up to 11am. Rooms were quiet.
Although the breakfast was good, there can still be more cheese options. Internet speed was a bit slow. Room was a bit cold, not able to warm it, seemed the air condition was only for warming. Beds and pillows can be more comfortable.

Location was excellent, the room was as described and the breakfast was very good but the same every day.
Nothing in general. The window in the room can't be opened (was locked and there was a sign writing on it, opening the window is prohibited) and inserts fresh air in the room.
