The beds were hard in both rooms, which is not our preference. There is a lack of storage due to the small size, would've preferred a dresser than the desk

This is a perfectly located hotel if you like walking. The room was spatious and clean, bed super comfortable and shower nice and warm. Breakfast was rich and tasty, and the even had a small store-like corner for when you arrive late or want something to drink or eat on the go.
It was weird that the bathroom didn't have a toilet brush included...We didn't ask for one, but they should be there...

Very close to Waterloo station so great to get around. Clean hotel with friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast was a buffet and very tasty. Free WiFi in the hotel. It was quiet at night so a good nights sleep was had by all.
The rooms were smaller than the photos show is the only thing. This wasn’t a huge thing though.

Location was great, staff very friendly room was clean did find a ball of hair in bathroom but I just got rid of it myself. Beds are comfortable loved receiving a text to ask if all was OK felt reassured
The charge for breakfast was more online whereas if I booked it separately it would of been cheaper. Tried to book a hop on hop off bus tour and you were £50 dearer than booking direct so felt a bit scammed with both of these incidents. Im hoping to bring my husband to London to see the show next door and staying with you would be ideal but just didnt like the extras you added on when there was no need.
