Excellent location - only a short walk from Waterloo station. Very clean. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was busy, but the well staffed and enjoyable.
The bed wasn't overly comfortable. The mattress was a little hard.

Location is great though if you have mobility issues it’s a bit of a walk over the Waterloo bridge to the west end . The tube is about 5 mins walk either Waterloo station or 10 mins away lambeth north .
Not much to dislike been going here for past 5 years staff are amazing just a note about the on site vending machines and produce they are horribly expensive and not run by the hotel . Avery much cheaper alternative is the local Tesco/ store across from the Waterloo station about 5 min walk . 500ml water in hotel is £4.00 Tesco 1ltr is 89 pence .

Breakfast was good, and the staff left rose petals and balloons on our bed. We were celebrating our anniversary.
Horrible drain smell when entering the room. I had a cold and blocked nose and could still smell it. Not enough sugar for tea in the room, snacks really overpriced . Beds were tiny Had to queue for breakfast and then given a time limit of 30 mins. Not enough non pork options, would have been nice to have some chicken or beef sausages for breakfast

Conveniently located a short walk from Waterloo Station.
Breakfast egg selection could have been better. The scrambled eggs was a poor facsimile of the real thing.

200 m from Waterloo station with plenty of places to eat in the locality. Room was decent size. Clean and well maintained. Breakfast was excellent. Great choices of food to suit everyone. Staff were friendly and helpful.
The window was locked. It would have been nice to let some fresh air in.

Friendly staff and very helpful , ease of access to London with great transport links. Good choice of food for breakfast
As my sister and I are both Celiac we needed gluten free food, getting a good choice for breakfast was very reassigning. And no problem to get toast.

The hotel looked lovely however the windows didn't fit properly and I could hear all the noise from the street which kept waking me up all night, the drains in the bathroom smelt so bad I had to keep the bathroom door shut, there was a green mess in the sink on arrival - maybe from a leaking soap dispenser. The breakfast was luke warm.
