Location was great so close to Waterloo and south bank. The room sizes were really good for London. Clean tidy rooms with kettles, iron, safe etc. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was great and we didn’t have any issues getting a table even on the weekend.
Minor point but you can get a £5 voucher if you chose to skip room service. We did on two occasions and tried to use both our vouchers in the hotel restaurant on our last night but were told we could only use one at a time. This was not detailed on the vouchers and should be more clearly explained.

The hotel itself is nice, with a good interior en spacious rooms. The breakfast is also very good, with lots of choice. With both sweet and savory options and even fresh waffles. The location of the hotel is good, you are close to the London Eye and about 20 minutes walking distance from the Big Ben and Westminster abbey. Waterloo station is also really close. There are a lot of shops, supermarkets and restaurants nearby, which is also a bonus.

Love that it is walking distance to Waterloo station, outside bus stops are heading to the city. Lower Marsh street with full of food shops to enjoy with.

The location was great, with easy access to all the places we wanted to visit. It is within walking distance of Oxford Street and Westminster Hall, for example, it was just what we needed.
The hotel can improve its meal options, which currently offer limited dinner choices. Including vegetarian meals would be great; some guests might consider staying in for dinner.

The location is excellent—just a short walk from Waterloo Station, making it incredibly convenient for getting around London. It’s also within easy reach of popular attractions like the London Eye and the South Bank, which made sightseeing effortless. The room was clean, modern, and well-maintained. While not huge (as expected in central London), it was thoughtfully laid out with a comfortable bed, good lighting, and plenty of charging points. The bathroom was spotless, and the shower had great water pressure. Breakfast was included and offered a solid variety of hot and cold options. The dining area could get busy during peak hours, but the staff kept everything well stocked and organized. Speaking of staff, everyone I interacted with was friendly, professional, and helpful.

Room was comfortable. Breakfast was great with good selection and good quality of the products. The beds and pillows were comfortable. Rooms are clean, staff are friendly and hard-working. The location is also nice, within a walking distance to Waterloo station, Big Ben and London eye. I would stay there again, next time too.
The window in the room was locked, would not open. There was ventilation, still not the same with fresh air. It would be nice to have usb ports in the room, as I expect most tourists are from outside of UK.
