Very Good
The staff was very helpful when our first room had a broken A/C unit. They sent maintenance to our room immediately with a room fan and when they realized there was a major repair needed doing they immediately placed us in a new room. The staff was compassionate and very kind.
The first room we got the A/C was broken, but it was quickly remedies.

Wonderful
The location was incredible, only few steps from Waterloo train station to the hotel and also really close to the london eye. The view from our room was incredible, we were able to see the London eye in the night.
The room was really small and as we were 3, the 3rd person had a sofa bed so we didn't even have room for the luggage. Also the pillows were not comfortable but the location was incredible and we were so tired that at the end it didn't matter.

Good value for the price compared to other hotels.
Decent-sized room.
Great view from the room.
Convenient location.
The front desk staff were very rude and hostile, which made the overall experience unpleasant.
The breakfast was the same every day, with very little variety. It would have been nice to have different options during our stay.
The bed kept making loud noises every time I moved, which was uncomfortable and made it difficult to sleep properly.

Great hotel, has everything you need- quiet room (city view, 8th floor was very nice). Luxurious bathroom, great breakfast, place to stow bags next day, helpful staff.... And such a good location

Great location, easy to walk to central London and South Bank venues. Very clean smart rooms and bathrooms.
Breakfast was extremely busy and crowded but I probably just went at peak time

All good. Enjoyed the stay. Greatly appreciated early check in after long flight from Cape Town. Liked the 20% discount in the restaurant and the £5 "no housekeeping" incentive
Being rushed over breakfast. Having to make special request for non slip mat for your very slippery shower. This is a H and S issue and should be in the bathrooms as a matter of course
