Creepy wooden beds and lumpy mattresses. Breakfast was disorganised. We had to wait a lot for buffet dishes to get refilled.

Very difficult to fault anything about the hotel - clean, spacious room with a comfortable bed and excellent bathroom facility. Really nice desk space as well for those coming on a work-related trip. Good location close to train and tube stations. Good space for breakfast in the morning.
My room was a bit too warm, although I think that was due to the building stone absorbing a lot of sun that day. Gladly a fan was left in the room which helped a lot with cooling it down. Otherwise nothing to say as it was a great stay.

the location is great as it's so close to Waterloo train station. I have stayed here a few time before and it's perfect for what i need when coming in to London for a work function.
This time the room they gave me didn't have a very nice view so was disappointed.
