Friendly staff and very helpful , ease of access to London with great transport links. Good choice of food for breakfast
As my sister and I are both Celiac we needed gluten free food, getting a good choice for breakfast was very reassigning. And no problem to get toast.

The hotel looked lovely however the windows didn't fit properly and I could hear all the noise from the street which kept waking me up all night, the drains in the bathroom smelt so bad I had to keep the bathroom door shut, there was a green mess in the sink on arrival - maybe from a leaking soap dispenser. The breakfast was luke warm.

Fresh waffles were amazing and kids liked it a lot. Location is really good as it is close to the train station and bus stop
-No glass holder to keep brushes in the toilet. -Tv didn’t work well -Water bottle could be provided as complementary -The 5 pounds coupon didn’t have good options, was forced to buy something which I didn’t even want to.

Comfortable bed and nice shower. Great views over Tower of London etc. Vegan options for breakfast. Close to tubes and close to Thames for boat tours and of course Tower of London.
Too expensive for the room. Didn't realize there was a roof top bar until I returned home!!
