location was good, the breakfast and an evening meal in the grill were excellent. the staff were really good, polite, helpful and skilled.
the room decor was a bit faded and bland and the curtains were awkward, the pull rods not very efficient and the lace curtains needed replacing .

Was great to be in a hotel complex. Onsite breakfast was a huge time saver. Easy access to major sites with most being no more than a 2klm walk…as well as easy access to waterloo station for days when we didnt feel like walking. Great value for money. Clean.
Minor issue with room temperature overnight…we raised it in the morning and it was promptly rectified.

At breakfast there was a variety of options. Also breakfast starts at 6 which is great if you have a morning flight. It was clean and location was great. Just 8 minutes walk to Waterloo station

The stay was nice. Was decent. I liked the breakfast every morning. The people at desk were kind and friendly and so was all the workers
I found dust particles when I moved the sofa to dress like a bed. There were dust on surfaces like the tissue holder the coffe area. The lighting was full in some areas of the room
