Staff are all friendly and helpful. Special mention to Inna as we have stayed here before and she always remembers us. Breakfast was excellent. Very comfortable room.

The location is perfect if you want a nice trip to London near all of the main sights. The hotel staff were extremely friendly, the breakfast was great and the AC mixed with the comfy beds was perfect during the heatwave

AC, was not enough and the roon was hot, the bathroom drain was blocked, room next to mine left their rubbish outside the door all day, breakfast was disappointing

Located close to where I needed for this trip. Comfortable and clean. Great breakfast. Had conditioner and body cream - many hotels do not offer this. Decent gym
The area is not very nice especially at night. Also they have a bar but nothing offered to eat when arriving late and most kitchens are closed at restaurants (around 10pm-10:30pm). Also the staff was not very customer oriented. Not too friendly. We felt we were a nuisance rather than a hotel guest. And at the bar when I ordered a glass of wine they charged me the largest size without warning me that a “glass” was the largest amount and not a regular glass. I could not give it back. I let it go - a misunderstanding but still annoying especially again since the feeling was they were doing us a favor by answering or helping me as a guest.
