The receptionist guy on duty was welcoming, with a smile and polite.
The room was clean.
The lady from the room service was nice and apologize each time she came back after missing few things off our order.
Fish and chip was ordered with side baked beans but when it came up, mushy pea was on the tray was told kitchen ran out of baked beans. The fish was under cooked and was sent back, got a replacement which was so much soaked with oil but able to eat it after leaving it on 3 tissues to drain out the oil.
The room only had one large towel and one small towel for two adult
The corridor was noisy as I can hear everyone that passes and what they were saying.
The room door has too much gap underneath as light still penetrate despite I like everywhere in the room all dark to enable me to sleep, the reflection from the corridor light prevented me to sleep in time.

The room was spacious and clean. Good size tv. Bed was nice and comfy.
They've changed the shampoo, hand-wash products.

Staff were helpful and friendly. Pool was lovely. Breakfast was tasty.

Very friendly and helpful staff, lovely pool and very clean changing rooms.
Only scrambled eggs from egg powder for breakfast, no aircondition (however at least a fan was provided)

Everything, especially the room was very good.
Some of the breakfast food was not up to the same standard as the grill the night before but still good enough.

Size of rooms, friendly staff
I had to make my own bed on arrival as the duvet was in the wardrobe and not on the bed. A member of staff entered my room at speed on my first morning, no knocking just barged in. Luckily I was dressed but only just. I felt I had to double lock and put the chain from that point.
