The owner was a very nice guy. It was a real pleasure staying there. It’s a bit of a hostel vibe with large common areas including a great kitchen and outdoor patio. Great parking in the back of the property.

could have done with larger towels.somewhere to hang your towel in the bathroom.room was clean. didn’t have breakfast.

We did not like this at all it's not a hotel it is a hostel with multiple rooms and a shared kitchen which you help your self and wash up
We were given a room with shower and toilet down the hall I have to get up in the night so not acceptable
Had to phone to check in in fact we refused to stay
As we had booked a onsuite room
Only suitable for students or workman
We did have a full refund wouldn't recommend at all

Continental breakfast good, staff were welcoming and nice in general. the kitchen was open 24/7 for hot drinks.
Room radiator did not work which was an issue being that it was a freezing cold entry to our room, luckily there was an electric heater which we utilised, however it would have been nice to walk into a warm room on arrival (February) the room my son and wife were in on the same date thier radiater did not work and they did not have an electric heater to utilise, they by all accounts had a very cold stay, Did not like the entry system being a sequence of key safes open to the elements .
