Location is dreadful, extremely run down area and homelessness is rife right on the doorstep.

It was in a good location for the station and Hull New Theatre.
The view from the window in room 202 not exactly ‘exciting’, but I’ve seen worse! As it was only an overnight stay it didn’t really matter that much.

Grotty room stained carpet makes all rubbing down the walls hair in shower no bin in bedroom you could hear every noise even the lift beeping
