Nice location. A lot of traffic noise but otherwise somewhat quiet. Loved having a wet room and decent wifi connection. No usb sockets and not many power outlets, but I'd brought my own plug adaptors so not a huge problem. Breakfast was just passable - mushrooms were cold and scrambled egg inedible. Nice pancakes available though. Staff were friendly and helpful

Room Break-In and Theft at Ibis Hotel
Dear Ibis Hotel Management,
I am writing to formally report a serious incident that occurred during my recent stay at your hotel.
Someone broke into my room during my stay. As the attached photos show, the intruder used the shower in my room and left behind an item of underwear. Even more concerning, money was stolen from the room.
I immediately reported the incident to your staff. They acknowledged the situation and informed me that they would review the CCTV footage as part of the investigation.
This incident left me feeling extremely unsafe and violated. I expect a full explanation of how such a breach of security was possible, and a clear update on the investigation and the steps being taken. Additionally, I would like to be informed about any compensation being offered.
