Location is great, we've stayed here a fair few times over the years but compared with similar short stay hotels in France and Spain it's starting to look a bit dated now.
I have a disability and would have liked a shower. Getting into a bath is out of the question for me.

We had another fantastic stay returning to the Holiday Inn Hull Marina. The location is perfect — right on the marina and close to everything. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean, and the rooms are very comfortable, making for a great night’s sleep. The staff at reception are always welcoming and friendly, and on this visit, a young chap named Ondrej in the bar/restaurant really stood out. He couldn’t do enough for us and made our experience extra special. We also enjoyed a great breakfast on the morning of departure. Looking forward to our next visit!

Excellent reception and restaurant staff. Great location and good parking. Breakfast selection was fine.
Given the hot weather, the winter weight duvet was uncomfortable. The window would not open to let enough fresh air in. The provision of 1 tea bag and one tube of milk (no biscuits) seemed mean given the overnight cost of £127.00

Location, room size, view of the marina from our room was stunning, breakfast was excellent, staff were really friendly and professional.

Easy check in, staff were lovely and very accommodating. The breakfast was fantastic. The lady in charge of the breakfast area was lovely, especially when dealing with tricky patrons (not us, but she handled them beautifully!)

I was up with my family for my graduation ( yes, mine at age 76). The staff, a superb team, were so welcoming and kind and made me feel very special. We had a delicious meal for 11 and that too was well.organised and a pleasure. . Your staff, noticeably a great" team" ,take pride.and pleasure in their various rôles, interacting with guests in a delightful way, contributing beautifully to the welcoming atmosphere. Great location! Suoer comfy bed . . slept like a top! Cannot wait to revisit! Well done all of you! And thank you!

my room was spacious and quiet, even though it was against the wall of the lifts - I didn't hear them at all. The added office space was really useful as i was there for work and it was handy to leave my stuff set up while I went out.

Great location. Nice short walk to city centre facilities. Hotel was clean and staff nice.
Car park on arrival did not make it clear that there was a much nearer car park round the side of the building which was important to me as a blue badge holder.
