We were given an upgrade and our suite was excellent. The balcony gave us an extra view of the marina and the Spurn lighthouse.

Location was ideal to walk about, is it the aquariam and go into town for dinner. Water views lovely.
Room was shabby, sock over the smoke detector, bathroom tired, bathroom door didn’t close, lights on desk needed bulbs.

Quite honestly you could not find a more friendly hotel if you tried. Every member of staff had time for you and a smile. Big shoutout to the breakfast staff who really put in a shift making sure everyone was getting a high standard of service. Plus the location is spot on. We had an amazing view of the marina too.

Booked for my parents celebrating their diamond wedding anniversary, who have mobility issues. As well as the hotel being great for accessibility the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

Room 316 water slow to drain in wash basin perhaps needs de-clogging. Plaster repair on wall near bed needs sanding and painting. I meant to mention these to reception but forgot as only minor faults.
