Excellent staff, clean rooms.
Bar price - £44 for a bottle of wine that's sold in the supermarkets for £6 is taking the mick. I don't mind paying a lot more, but £6 wine tastes like piss. Would rather pay £60 for a £10 bottle.

The location was excellent and only a short stroll into the city centre. The rooms were spacious and comfortable with fantastic views over the marina. Excellent breakfast and good value for money. Would definitely stay here again.

I was in a standard room bedroom which was lovely but bathroom needed refurbishing. It was clean but dated, shower curtains, old taps and shower . Corridors needed some tlc.

The location and staff were excellent.
The corridors and rooms—especially the bathrooms—are in need for an update/refresh. There were several places in the hotel where the carpet is taped down and some chairs in the bar area looked like they had seen better days. Also, the cooling system in the rooms hadn’t functioned for some time. We spoke to other guests and they had the same issues.
