Location, staff, breakfast.
The ‘balcony’ which I thought we could sit on and look at the marina with a cuppa or glass of wine, was in fact a tatty, small square with no seating.

Lovely staff very helpful and friendly. Great its dog friendly. The food was excellent. Timings for arrival and departure gave a lot of flexibility
The chairs at tables in bar/ loung where we ate with the dog need to be replaced, hard to sit upright. Whole place a bit tired and in need of a refresh

This property is a fab location - The staff were amazing and even arranged an early check as we were attending a wedding . We had a lovely marina view .

Location Breakfast It was our 6th stay at this hotel
A member of staff was rude to one of our group for going around the side of the breakfast stand to access to hot food int he other side… it was very inappropriate and embarrassing infront of other guests - there are no signs not to go around the other side it is very accessible too.

Friendly staff, clean hotel/room, nice view of the marina, close to motorway (hardly any traffic heard). Close to a small shopping complex as well as close to the town centre. Breakfast was included with the final room price, which was a bonus. Didn't use it on the 1st morning as we overslept (got to hotel after midnight). We will definitely use it again while we are on the house hunt.
We got a room with no air con, so the room was so warm. The first night was unbearable, but we managed to make 2nd night work by using a fan & balcony door being open(couldn't open It 1st night) Chargeable parking should have been free for overnight guests instead of a £10 per night fee.

Everything . All of the staff we met were very friendly and helpful nothing was to much trouble from front of house/catering staff to the chamber maids. Gorgeous breakfast Perfect stay a big thank you from us.
