The curtain rail was hanging of the wall so they didn't close properly ,and the window didn't open ,the lift smelt of weed as other guests had been in it before,

It is now like a refuge people getting put in there at night even drunk ones next morning social workers at the doors I have stayed loads but has real gone downhill now

The jacuzzi room was awful no heating no hot water we moved into 3 different rooms all with the same problems! We arrived at 7pm and was cleaning the jacuzzi ourself with washing up liquid that the staff have provided until 12:30am after constant room moving, there excuse was nobody stayed in them rooms for a while? Poor hotel standards for the price that was paid ended up resorting to a plug in electric heater that didnt work due to no heating.

Location wasn't too bad
The rooms are dated . And dirty . Iv been bite by bed bugs all over my body . Feel like iv paid for all you can eat buffet for bed bugs as been bite all over my body . The staff are useless and rude Some one been smoking in the room as it smelt of smoke . They need to pay you to stay there . No were on earth worth 60 a night .

We booked a standard room however when we got the the best was rusty and the mattress was so uncomfortable. We asked at the front desk if we could upgrade our room and the lovely desk person upgraded us to a penthouse complimentary! Loved the jacuzzi bathtub and the little fireplace
Our first room was cold due to the wooden floors and the bed was very very uncomfortable and rusty.
