Hotel was dirty and smelly, room hadn't been cleaned, bathroom dirty and I had to clean it myself before I could use it. Facilities shut, bar shut, staff absent.

The location is good for being in the city centre.
The hotel is run down. It looks old, it smelt funny. I was shown three separate rooms and each one was run down, tired and the decor was all over the place.
And to top it all off, after refusing to stay there. The hotel didn’t give me my money back for any of the stay.

It was what expected for the price. Kettle in the room.Comfortable & enough space. Handy location for the station & wetherspoons.! Staff helpful & friendly. Allowed us to leave bags in reception before check in. Plenty of hot water for bath/shower
