Stayed here few times . You know what to expect clean room nice staff and easy parking
You need to offer food even if it's just pizza or sandwiches on an evening . People travel after work & if weathers bad don't always feel like walking out again .

The hotel is good value easy to access and in a good location. The room is basic but great value, clean and good facilities. The amount of variety for breakfast is good and the service was great.
One lift was broken, the price of the Carpark.

It was close to the shopping mall and train station in a walkable distance to the Marina and a few other sites

Love how clise to triangle stauon ut is and how friendly and helpful the staff are.
The door to our room didnt fit correctly so made each noise every time someone went past or shut their door

The staff were so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was a lovely surprise as there was a hot cooked option as well as continental with a great coffee machine. The hotel is situated within the heart of a shopping centre with a large choice of food options for lunch and diner.
Only one working lift which made movement around the hotel slow but didn’t deter our enjoyment of the stay.

Location is great as you have St Stephen’s shopping center with a late opening Tesco right next door.
The staff seem lovely. Housekeeping were friendly and made our bed and removed rubbish etc every day.
The bathroom with a door that makes a separate Loo area is great.
The sofa bed had stains and debris left on it and the bed wasn’t the comfiest. Also there were loads of hairs from other guests on the inner pillows and the mattress which put me off quite a bit.
I didn’t let staff know as when I noticed the issues it was late and I was tired and didn’t want to possibly move rooms.
I feel with a bit more attention to detail/deep cleaning it’s a decent place to stay but I didn’t feel comfortable.
There was only one working lift which delayed us a few times.
