Location, good breakfast and comfy bed
Shower corners at side of screen were filthy. White Wine choices in bar were zero - only Sauvignon blanc nothing else! and the rose was undrinkable. Tasted more like a sugary Fruit Shoot. Definitely not worth £8 a glass!!

The layout of the hotel, its location, the breakfast area and bar, etc were clean, spacious and impressive.
The breakfast, in particular the scrambled eggs were not great, very floury, and the sausages were of not great standard when compared with other similar hotels.

Friendly staff, very efficient. The hotel is in a really convenient place for the Connexin Arena and lots of local facilities also. Would stay there again. Good communication before arrival on exactly where to park in the multistory car park and how to get there.
We chose partly based on air con being provided and it was knowingly not working. They did give us a fan but it was a heat wave, we wanted air con.

Location was fine. Parking available. Nice room with all the facilities that we needed. Slept well. Check in/out was easy. Polite staff. Breakfast had plenty of options and what we had was fine.

Good location, secure parking with direct access to hotel. Nice breakfast selection- especially liked the pancake maker. Friendly staff in particular the lady working in the breakfast area was very helpful and welcoming.
Paying extra for parking however I understand it is in the city centre and was a reasonable rate considering.

I liked the lovely rooms so clean & well thought out everything you could ever need. Fantastic shower & amazing bathroom, all so very clean. The beds were very clean & comfortable. Breakfast was great hot with everything. The staff were very nice. Will definitely return.

Great location, very clean, lovely staff.
Not enough beds for the amount of guests across 2 rooms. I specified how many people would be staying and was offered the 2 rooms. There was a bed short so a very uncomfortable nights sleep
