Hull, breakfast was satisfying, one male breakfast staffmemeber had an excellent positive, friendly upbeat attitude, which seemed geniune. Room had a double bed, view of street and a clean bathroom/shower in good repair, room looked clean.

Great value city center location with easy parking and secure access. Breakfast buffet choices were excellent for the brand.
There is nothing to dislike. Hotel met brand standard very well.

Got twin room, comfy big tv watched Brit awards. Tea coffee etc.
Highest floor am not keen on height s mainly for going on lift as have cellatis at present and on this occasion couldn't use stairs as struggling with systomd of cellatis.

Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Excellent parking and location. Room was just right.
Some of the furnishings require replacement. Many of the seating cushions, particularly around the reception are heavily stained.
Some areas need some TLC.

Breakfast was really good, well laid out and lots of choice. Excellent value for money. Room clean. Staff were really friendly, from reception staff when checking in to the staff around at breakfast.

Location is good but far from city center and you need the transport to go there.
English staff was very good.
Room view was stunning as upon my special request being club member they given me a city view room.
Breakfast is below average
Staff is rude and enquire the room like police.

Location is perfect next to the train station and very walkable to restaurants etc. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast is pretty standard but great to have - would be nice if it went a little later on weekdays.
The wi-fi is shockingly poor. Forget even trying to stream a movie or make a video call - you can barely check emails or load basic webpages. The room said "No smoking" but either that it a recent change or people just ignore it because the room wreaked of stale cigarettes. The elevators are also slow and unreliable (sometimes the elevator would arrive but the doors would not open). Like you are paying for basic/no frills but this was below the usual standard of the IHG/Holiday Inn Express.

Great location and despite chrtimas day they put an effort to get breakfast served on time and the little surprise of festive stockings left on door on early morning of 25th December will be my best hotel experience of this year
Please make those elevator bit fast however I have seen worst one so won’t really say I didn’t liked it big can be better .
