Lack of communication about the room not being ready when we arrived at 3pm, (room was booked over a month before) we ended up waiting in the bar for 45 minutes extra without any communication, had to pay for a round of drinks because we had nowhere else to go.

Stayed a few times.perfect for central location.
Unfortunately our room wasn’t serviced , but when told they supplied us with clean towels and coffee etc. This time it felt like the bed was on its last days , have had better. Every movement was felt .
