It was clean and even though it was incredibly busy it was quiet in the room at night no disturbances. The staff were so friendly and accommodating.

Access to the hotel from the car park also being charged extra for the car park, it feels like you are getting like the airport methods and nobody likes that

Fantastic room.
The rooftop bar was not open to normal guests as there was a wedding up there which was very disappointing!! Also, the Marco restaurant was right next to the bar and was extremely noisy when we ate early evening on the Saturday. This was a special birthday treat for my wife and we found these two factors really disappointing! Oh, and also in the restaurant there wasn't a full vegan menu available with no reasons given??
