There was no heating, and only one working plug socket in the room. The site was being worked on when we arrived and honestly was NOT fit for paying customers

It was very basic and suitable for the one night stay we needed.
Member of staff was not the most helpful when we arrived. Heres your key room number is .... and that was that. No explanation of where to go, especially as our room was in a seperate building. Upon leaving and gathering our belongings we found dirty underwear from the people before on the shelf in the wardrobe.

Its a nice place, nice, helpful staff.
Bed was a bit uncomfortable in the room I was in, but it's not like that in all rooms. When I stayed before it was a comfortable bed.
