False advertisement to begin with. We turned up at the hotel to find it was more of a motel. Mattresses and rubbish outside across from the rooms. The site wasn’t safe for any vehicles with a sign saying they wasn’t responsible for any damage. We pulled up and had a look in one of the rooms that had only just been clean to find mould on the roof, stained bedding and the windows weren’t even transparent! Decided I wasn’t going to stay there so went in to tell the receptionist who gave me nothing but disgusting attitude, pulling faces at me and giving me nothing but disrespect laughing in my face asking why they caught me on CCTV taking pictures. This is a non refundable MOTEL and the pictures on google maps only display the reception and not the accommodation.

A no frills hotel, which was clean, comfy and had friendly staff. On site parking is useful.
We had booked breakfast but on arrival found this was cancelled. Given money for breakfast back but it was part of the reason we had chosen the hotel in the first place.

Everything. Staff are super friendly. The rooms are clean and laid out nice and soon they are going to be even better, yes there is building work going on at present but that is because all the rooms are being renovated. Yes, some of the older rooms maybe aren't up to some people's expectations but don't be a grouchy and give them a chance. The staff and the smiles make up for it.

Not the cleanest. Women on reception extremely rude. We paid for parking then she told us it was free should read the email. Then next day got an email saying parking is £5
