Good breakfast & toileteries. Decent location and there are some interesting walks in the nature reserve nearby.
Only minor things. Winter quilt too much in a warm room. Only got our drinks topped up once, only got biscuits once.

The location was good. The scenery, obviously. The hotel room was clean and comfortable.
There were four restaurants, only two were open in the week we were there. The website stated there was a games room. There wasn't, unless you count one pool table situated in a closed restaurant. The staff did not seem to know what was happening. My wife is vegetarian and the choices offered were very limited. You seem to be catering for people staying one or two nights, not a week. The season had obviously not started but this was not mentioned on the website, on the contrary it was suggested that early May was the season's beginning. So my half priced holiday, should have come with a disclaimer " Resort not fully open"

Booked a twin but given double Beds split which meant unable to get around the bed due to large table Toilet blocked up twice in 3 days No bar or restaurant at hotel Booked macdonald highlands but given morlich Room next to old noisy lift Won’t book again, very poor value for the money

The location, very scottish decoration, very nice activity centre for families.
I would prefer a better breakfast. It had not any pie , sweet nor salty. It had very stale pastries such us croissants. It didn't have any pancake nor other desserts. Also the rooms need ventilation because it was at the groundfloor and we could not open the windows for privacy ŕeasons.
