Room an accommodation fine
No one present on reception on our arrival waited at least 5min to be attended in fact one lady walked away who had obviously been there before us and although we did make it known we were waiting we got no reply eventually when the receptionist???did arrive and we told her how long we had been waiting she started arguing with my wife saying she wasn't away that long bad customer service and care.

lovely large room, very clean, comfy bed, nice bedding.
Cold corridors and not very warm in room. No extra blankets supplied in room, on checking out we we mentioned this and were told they could be available if we asked! too late at that point. Bar was closed so no ice or fresh milk available despite note in room saying both could be requested from room service. No phone in room to contact room service. Fire alarm woke us up at 6.40am but no apology from staff.

Facilities are excellent. Loads for kids at no charge and the chargeable activities are incredibly reasonably priced. Entertainment staff were absolutely brilliant.
Hotel a bit tired especially in communal areas. Wallpaper peeling off walls, communal bathrooms lots of wear and tear.
