The hotel was very lovely and clean. Staff was so polite, friendly and professional.
The restaurant had amazing views of the sea, it was an absolute joy to eat in that space. The food was great, especially the taste of Hickory menu.
We did not have great mobile phone network reception so that made accessing data or wi-fi internet very difficult. Not sure how the hotel can fix that, it's more of a coverage area, perhaps.

Dinner was excellent ! We had a great ocean view over a wonderful meal.
The Margarita drink was a little bitter and not like it should. It took forever to receive the coffee for breakfast.

Room huge and very well furnished. Breakfast good - excellent menu of cooked items, but a little limited so far as other items were concerned. Dinner menus a little confusing - two different menus - more limited one expensive (£49 for 2 courses). The larger menu had a good choice, but the items we chose were a little disappointing - e.g. the Prawn Cocktail and the chicken.
Our bathroom was large, with a good shower, but water pressure was poor - and it took ages to become hot - maybe that was because we were on the third floor. The quality of the dinner items on the larger menu was disappointing.

Overall great experience! Would stay there again!
The only issue we had was that the room tended to get too warm. Would be nice if there was air conditioning and we didn’t need to have the window open as there was a bird that flew into our room and then flew back out while we had the windows open.

Staff, very nice! Location and atmosphere.
We had to move rooms, but our second room was nicer so in the end it was with the hassle.

the hotel is lovely and clean.
The lady I travelled with cannot do lifts and going to the pool is a bit disappointing that you have to walk around outside the building even during the winter it would be better if indoor stairs could be used.

Staff were very helpful, I was very impressed that the chef came to talk to my guest regarding dietary requirements on both nights.
The views from hotel to the beach the cleanliness of hotel also pool area.
This was our first visit will definitely come back.

I thought the evening meal was not good enough. I had it off the expensive menu and was looking forward to ex food and while I ate it all it was not up to a high enough standard. Disappointing and each course was very small so much so that I had a dessert. I probably should've just had fish and chips off the other menu. I have stayed over the years and that was the most disappointing meal I've had.
