Poor ventilation in solo small room without window; I only knew a tabletop fan can be borrowed only by walking past an empty unoccupied room and noticing the fan, then making that specific request to the staff. I think the staff should proactively offer the fan as this issue has been mentioned quite a lot of times on guest reviews; or even should permanently put one in each room.

Disappointing
It was clean and well located.
On the first night, I was assigned a room with no windows at all. (Is that even legal?) The air conditioning was not working, and the broken unit's lights kept blinking all night—an incredibly uncomfortable experience. It was quite distressing.
The following day, I was moved to a more decent room, but I had to pay an additional £130. In that new room, the TV did not have Netflix, unlike the previous room, which at least offered that service. When I asked about it, I was told, “Sorry, that’s the only room where Netflix doesn’t work.”
Additionally, on Sunday, they forgot to clean my room.
Overall, I am very disappointed with my stay.

The hotel was clean and in a great location
The room originally I had was smaller then a prison cell and had no windows, my next room which I paid an extra £7.50 for was the same size room with a double bed

It is a decent hotel in an excellent area. Overpriced, what it is, but this is London in 2025, where everything is insanely overpriced.
Work on showers. This is crazy if only a glass of water drips down in 5 to 10 seconds = about a liter of water in a minute. One needs to spend at least 10 to 15 minutes to get the hair body washed with this water rate.

Its clean, good bathrooms.
The small single rooms without windows have very little air. Dont know if the air conditionig did not work, but not good. They are small, not for colstrophobic people.
