Staff on a reception , cafe and housekeeping were nice. Also liked a view from a room.
Staff in a swimming pool area were rude. Also found a hair in my breakfast scrambled eggs.

Great room, comfortable beds and great location. Free parking while we visited. Good breakfast included and having access to pool/gym was great.
When we went to pool we were disappointed at the messy changing rooms, defo needed flip flops! Also some staff are on strike (completely support), but their protest went on until 9pm right outside our window so was difficult trying to get our toddler to sleep. Village - pay your workers fairly!

Bed was little hard and all shaving 2 prone electrical charging points were down in the whole hotel, wasn't able to shave for a planned event

Location
Disabled toilet, the shower head was hard to move and also wouldn’t stand properly, probably just need tightened. The Unite Picketers could do with changing their Music, if they insist on playing at 8.00am their choice in Techno is just wrong even a bit of old skool would have been better.
