Disappointing
The unite staff were protesting right below our window for 3 hours in the early evening when we had gone to our room to relax before our night out. It would have been useful to have been told or warned of the planned actions and disruption. The hotel itself was fine for what we needed.

We come here often when we book tickets for the hydro and we are never disappointed.
The staff are always friendly and helpful, the facilties are always clean, fresh and up to standard.
I always have a great night sleep as I find the beds so comfortable.

The hotel was a 5 minute walk from where we were going.it was near to the train station so was easy to get to the city centre.
The room we had was big and the bed was comfortable.
Breakfast was buffet style and there was a good selection and it was hot
