The hotel was good and the food was great.
The cooked breakfast was not available until after 10am I had to leave the hotel carry out my first appointment 15 miles away and then go back to the hotel for my breakfast. Then travel past my first appointment onto my second meeting. However the breakfast was really good just wasted over an hour for it.

Location great, Great food, Staff were really nice and helpful. Definitely go back.
We had the breakfast boxes which we're ok but not the best not the worst.Breakfast wasn't served untill 10am but we we're up and out by 8am so unfortunately couldn't wait.

The evening food was excellent and the staff extremely friendly
Breakfast isn't served until.10am which didn't suit me although I did know this when booking. The alternative packed breakfast was awful. Who on earth wants to eat sticky toffee pudding or chocolate muffins in the morning?

It was cozy and welcoming and in a great location. The food was very good and the desserts excellent!! We really enjoyed James and Neil, and Ben and the rest of the staff were very accommodating and super friendly.
The only issue we had was not enough hot water, but we managed.

The staff Frazer and Ben were amazing, very warm and welcoming.
It was a little tired & dated in the rooms, needs a refresh lots of scuffs and marks.
Price included breakfast but no chef due to illness!

Friendly, helpful staff. Quiet location for a peaceful night's sleep. Comfortable bed.
Faulty shaving light in bathroom stayed on all night. Breakfast only available from 1000, which seems very late, the boxed breakfast is a disappointing offering compared to the proper breakfast.

Hotel was in nice location food was delicious and plentiful at breakfast
Room was not cleaned properly beds had fresh sheets and duvet . How ever carpet had not been hoover
Brown stain on bathroom floor was told probably coffee which it was not
Not a power shower could not get shampoo out of hair had to use sink cobwebs all in bathroom ceiling
Bedrooms were cold even when we turned heaters up did speak with owner Neil about stain on floor didn't notice cobwebs until we showered
Didn't want to complain very nice man
