Breakfast very tasty but would prefer full breakfast to served a little earlier.
Room very clean. Struggled a little with shower. Sunday roast excellent value ,good quality meat and very tasty indeed. Staff very pleasant and service was first class.
Pillows not very comfortable but appreciate that is personal taste.

In this instance, we really just needed a clean bed & flush toilet. Last min visit to family in Renfrewshire. We had a nice, cozy stay. Staff were lovely. Breakfast was excellent.
No accessible rooms. I'm on crutches, but managed. Once I got upstairs, I wasn't coming back down til breakfast! LOL

The staff were helpful pleasant and did everything to make our stay a unforgettable experience. The room was extremely clean and well equipped. The food was just what we needed well cooked and plenty of it.

Very little apart from location!
Room’s not clean, towels not replaced. Rooms left open during our stay by staff. Breakfast not served till after10 am. Breakfast poor.two days there were no sausages. One day it was cold .there were few options for breakfast. The guests wrote a detailed letter to the management pointing out their complaints and have received no reply.

Welcoming, clean and ideal location
Breakfast not served until 10am.
Even a continental buffet offering, (cereal/ fruit/ yogurt etc would be better than a couple of bits in a paper bag collected the night before.

The hotel was good and the food was great.
The cooked breakfast was not available until after 10am I had to leave the hotel carry out my first appointment 15 miles away and then go back to the hotel for my breakfast. Then travel past my first appointment onto my second meeting. However the breakfast was really good just wasted over an hour for it.
