Wonderful
Great price for central Glasgow, easy walking distance to stations. Clean, modern and compact.

Wonderful
I stayed in a small attic style room which was perfect for me as a solo traveler. Loved the fact that it was within my budget and still provided all the amenities I needed. There was free wine and cheese at the cafe, during the evening social hrs which I didnt have the time to enjoy. Glasgow queens station is just one block across the street. great food options nearby.. I needed a comfortable safe place within my budget to crash for the night so that I can take the West Highland Scotrail train to Mallaig early next morning (8 Am!) -- this hotel and the room served that purpose 100% ..

Very Good
The location was excellent, near transportation, shopping, and the historic part of the city. It was easy to get around despite the constuction and roadworks going on. The room was on the small side, but comfortable.
I would have liked a chair to sit in at times. The stool was adequate, but not as comfortable as a chair would have been. Access to the window/curtains was a little challenging.

Hotel was clean and the rooms were modern. Good location to everything.
The comforter on the bed was so bad, heavy and stiff we brought it to the staff and opted to use 3 additional sheets instead (they didn’t have another comforter for some reason). The temperature of the room wasn’t adjustable to our liking, and it was an uncomfortably small room. Really only suitable for one person, not two. Staff were friendly, but pretty sub par when it came to solving the comforter situation. The most basic thing you’re paying for in regards to a hotel is a bed. The standards were pretty low here.

Wonderful
Very convenient next to the bus station. The rooms were bigger than I thought they’d be.
Without a window, the air circulation wasn’t great but then I put on the fan.

Close to trains and cafes/shopping. Friendly reception, super comfy bed, great air conditioning and good shower. I was in the room with no window and actually loved my little cocoon
That I didn’t stay longer

Exceptional
The room vastly exceeded expectations. I had read that the rooms would be small, but mine wasn't. The interior of the hotel was surprisingly upscale and trendy, a surprise given the the exterior of the surrounding area. Exceptional location, too, right in the middle of things--for example, about a mile walk or so to the Glasgow Cathedral.

Good price point. Very quiet. Friendly staff. Very clean.
Would love more than one towel hook in bathroom. Lighting in bedroom was very dark. Glad we had a window.

Good
Super convenient and cozy room at an affordable price. We booked a No Window room which was well designed to make it feel homey despite being small.
All was good except didn’t sleep that great due to the quality of the mattress. The mattress was thin and sagging in the middle.

Could definitely tell the bathroom wasn't clean once you showered and saw all the names written on the wall and took the towel across the floor

Staff were lovely...the room was very cosy...smallest hotel room I've ever stayed in... but it had everything I wanted.
The bed and pillows were very hard and not so comfortable.

The location to the city centre.
Music playing til gone 1 am, the room was tiny , bed was so uncomfortable it was like sleeping on the floor. The hotel wasn't easy to find, the signage was very small, I walked passed it. all in all, I wouldn't stay there again for my next trip.

Very Good
Excellent location, clean room, friendly staff
We took a windowless room and as it was very small, it did have a bit of a claustrophobic feel to it, but that’s just me. May not be a problem for others
