Almost everything. It was clean, excellent value for money and the room was as described. Staff were friendly and helpful
The covered gap in the ceiling on my top floor room was ever so slightly incomplete so it allowed for a draft which was slightly uncomfortable

The aircon doesn’t go below 19 degrees. Room was a little too warm for me.

Everything! We enjoyed our 2 night stay, gifted as a birthday surprise. Was the perfect location for the show we were attending.
Hotel was clean and food was great. Warm atmosphere.
Staff were friendly and welcoming, the person booking our surprise did so with communication with Jamie who arranged a little surprise gift, lovely gesture. Will definitely return.

Very convenient location next to Queen Street Station.
Reasonable price for a 3-star hotel.
The room was small but clean and well maintained. The bed was comfortable, and basic amenities like tea, coffee and water were available.
Good value for money overall.

* Good location
* Room was clean
* Had a TV, electric kettle and instant coffee/hot chocolate
* Lots of wall sockets so charging all gadgets was not a problem
* Was able to leave my baggage before check-in and after checkout
* The AC could be better as it was a bit warm during my stay
