Pleasant
The location was convenient for train and bus and for walking the city.
The room was very small. I didn’t even have room to put my luggage anywhere. I had to clean off the desk to put my luggage up. I asked staff to change the preset in the room AC as it wouldn’t go below 19C. They couldn’t fix it.

Location and room was nice, nice bed, sky tv, shower was nice. Friendly staff.
I extended my stay to 3pm and on 2 occasions prior to that time, someone either walked in or knocked on my door to find out why I was still there.

Great location to the train station. Surprisingly quiet as we had the windows cracked for fresh air. Bed was really comfortable.

Wonderful
The hotel was in a fabulous location, very handy for Queen Street railway station. The staff were friendly. The guy on reception gave the best welcome ever. Being able to pay just £5 for a 2 hour earlier check in was a god send. Room quiet, modern and comfy. Breakfast great.

Location very close to bus and train station. Welcoming from stepping in the front door. Very clean. The room was small but had everything in it. Comfortable and very clean. Staff were friendly and efficient. Would certainly return.
