Really nice friendly staff, great location.
The duvet was very weird.
It wasn’t like a normal duvet, it felt like a heavy felt blanket something like a dog or a horse would sleep on.
It’s way too small for the bed, it looked awful and wasn’t comfortable to sleep with.
I’ve stayed in cheaper places with nicer duvets.

It’s a good location. Central and near stations.
I seemed like there was a AC unit in the roof or in the. Building. My room was on the 4th floor and the noise and vibration were so bad there was no chance of any sleep.
Finally had to ask for another room. Staff changed my room. This was better. The AC is noisy but no noise.
Unfortunately had an early start so only a few hours sleep.

Small, compact rooms, exceptionally clean,.modern and comfortable. Just two minutes walk from Queen Street Station.

The location was good, staff was very nice and caring
since there were no windows sometimes it was too hot, especially after raking a shower. Even AC didn’t help.

Staff was nice and friendly. Location is also quite ok.
Well the room is exeptionally small, impossible evebn to open two suitcases at the same time. WC and shower have only glass walls.

Hotel is very central and the rooms were very clean! The staff were friendly and helpful!
The room was very compact and it was quite warm overnight, we were glad it was quite cold outside!
