5 min walk to the Queen train station. Many shops near by. No noise. Breakfast area in lobby though you have to pay for £15. Not bad
Very limited room space. The queen bed has one side next to the wall. So it is not easy for one person to get off the bed. The bathroom wall is made of glass. So turning on the light in the bathroom at night could potentially impact the person sleeping. Bad design.

The staff were load in am watching a laptop in kitchen /front lobby/desk area and very loud laughing for extended period of time. Was hoping for a coffee and breakfast but no such luck . Management needs to do something about this . Super annoying … sick load laughing at 8am for 10 mins

The location was convenient for train and bus and for walking the city.
The room was very small. I didn’t even have room to put my luggage anywhere. I had to clean off the desk to put my luggage up. I asked staff to change the preset in the room AC as it wouldn’t go below 19C. They couldn’t fix it.

Great location to the train station. Surprisingly quiet as we had the windows cracked for fresh air. Bed was really comfortable.

The Z hotel is clean, well managed, and in a great part of town. We were able to get emergency reservations at the last minute, and the hotel staff were really helpful. The wine/cheese offerings on Saturday night were very welcome and the coffee bar in the morning was delicious!
Rooms are a bit small. It works for one person, but is tight for a couple. I do recognize that we took the last few rooms due to an emergency with our other accommodation, so we were SUPER HAPPY to get what we got! I was just surprised at how tiny the rooms are.

Great staff, helped me with every odd question I asked. Small room but I had everything I needed, enough room and very clean and new. Great location near train station and bus station too. Breakfast was great, everything I needed though coffee was weak. I do like strong coffee but I understand not everybody does! Overall exceptional stay.
