Wonderful
Staff were welcoming and friendly. I liked the shower and the comfy bed.
Room wasnt 100% clean. Run over with a broom and a duster would have helped. The paint has come off part of the wall in room 17.

The location was excellent, near transportation, shopping, and the historic part of the city. It was easy to get around despite the constuction and roadworks going on. The room was on the small side, but comfortable.
I would have liked a chair to sit in at times. The stool was adequate, but not as comfortable as a chair would have been. Access to the window/curtains was a little challenging.

Was honestly one of the comfiest beds iv ever slept in the room and the shower was just perfect, for the price you pay it is very worth it the tv has a full sky package was very surprised to see that.
I had a problem with the air conditioning unit in my room but when I went to the desk and asked for some help with it they started working on it straight away and in the mean time brought me a fan to use until it was all fixed.
The staff are all lovely and very helpful when needed!

The room had no window or ventilation. After showering the room was filled with steam that had nowhere to go- the bathroom is in the room.
