Hussan upgraded my room for a double with window .the location was very good 2 min from queens st station.

Very handy location. Great staff, really helpful and pleasant.
This is the second time ive stayed and both times there has been a background hum throughout the hotel (except for reception area). Both times this noise kept me from sleeping. Good value, lovely hotel but i cant go back again due to that strange noise.

Loved the vibe and decor, 24 hr food and bar, staff couldn't have been kinder or more helpful
The rooms are definitely smaller than anticipated, but more than worth it for the price

Good location, nice staff, comfy bed and things pretty clean in the room. Good for one night going to a gig.
We didn’t realise but the bathroom is inside the bedroom fenced off with some glass. I was sharing the bed with my friend so we had to take turns leaving the room if we wanted to use the toilet.

The helpfulness of the staff on check in. I also had suddenly had a loud tone start in my room due to the extractor fan and the staff were quick to assist and rectify the defect.

Good location, nice pub-style room in the entrance (with complimentory welcome drinks/ snacks), very friendly staff, clean room with a lot of light
So little space!!! Seriously, every capsule hotel offers more space...
Also, you could not open the windows.
