Staff were extremely accommodating and helpful, absolutely lovely
Room was constantly roasting hot even with the ac on. Window that we paid more for didn't even open and was warped like a circus mirror

The location to the city centre.
Music playing til gone 1 am, the room was tiny , bed was so uncomfortable it was like sleeping on the floor. The hotel wasn't easy to find, the signage was very small, I walked passed it. all in all, I wouldn't stay there again for my next trip.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel located in city centre near railway station and bus station.
Room cleanliness was below par, floor looked like it could do with a good mop.
