The location to the city centre.
Music playing til gone 1 am, the room was tiny , bed was so uncomfortable it was like sleeping on the floor. The hotel wasn't easy to find, the signage was very small, I walked passed it. all in all, I wouldn't stay there again for my next trip.

We took a windowless room and as it was very small, it did have a bit of a claustrophobic feel to it, but that’s just me. May not be a problem for others

It was minor but the room was very cold and the heat didn’t seem to work. After the second night it was better.

Close to everything. Very nice lobby atmosphere.
Room smaller than expected. Traveling with adult daughter and the mostly see through shower glass was a bit off putting.

Noted my wife was using a walking stick and gave us disabled room. Brilliant TV all of Sky. Great bathroom.

Location was great, staff was really friendly.
The room wasnt very comfy. It was like being in some dingy industrial warehouse or something. I didn't think it was worth the money.

Great location, super close to Queen street and central to a lot of what we were doing!
The room wasn’t as clean as it should’ve been, bed frame looked like it hadn’t been dusted in awhile and sugar packets were open. Towels had a few hairs in them as well, but everything else was fairly clean

Very friendly personel and willing to assist us in any way.
The room was extremely narrow, with a very small bed (my feet were sticking out) that was very difficult to sleep cause of lack of space. There was no space either to hang our clothes or set our bags for the night.
No windows or any ventilation for cleaning and refreshing the air.
The toilet and bathroom glass was seen through with no privacy and again no ventilation for cleaning the moisture.
The toilet sink was very small that we barely could wash our hands without spilling any water out and wet our clothes.
Finaly, on our specific room internet reception was extremely poor and we could hardly use any search engines for our trip plan, neither communicate with family abroad.
