Liked the fact that the room had no window so when the lights were off ot was pitch black and no noise from outside was a plus and the staff where great

the bed was comfy, it was quiet at night. and the location was very good to see all of the sights/sites I wanted to see and experience in Glasgow. Very walkable including to bus and train stations, the Cathedral/Necropolis and a lot of very good restaurants! Felt very safe on the streets at night and during the day.

It wasn't too far from the train and bus station. The room had a bathroom. The room was big enough for the bathroom and the bed. The shower was acceptable, but in this room it was the standout feature. There's not much else positive to say...
After the long journey, I just wanted to sit down and chill. Got to the elevator pressed the button and nothing happened. Waited there for 7 minutes and decided to take the stairs. Got to the room, dropped my luggage, sat down on the bed and switched on the screen, which had no signal. After going through all the possibilities I realised that the only channel was a on HDMI, a music channel, and nothing else. Every other hotel I know offers a TV, but apparently not this one. I then decided to get some sleep, only to realise that only the top 5 cm of the mattress had any give to it. Underneath that, it was very rigid. I'm a side sleeper so it was eventually painful for my hip, shoulder and chest. I tossed and turned until I eventually was so tired I slept on top of the duvet and got a few hours sleep. This is one of the worsed hotels I've ever stayed at.

Sky TV. Comfortable bed which would have been lovely to actually sleep in. Plant milk provided. Night staff were compassionate and helpful when communicated with directly.
Prompt response to complaint from managment and happy with their resolution- waiting on booking.com to fulfill 100% refund.
My room was too noisy to sleep in. Messaged reception but they only have two staff on over night so not responded to and had to go down to reception twice in the middle of the night. Don't see the point of your message facility.at all.
Had to repack and move rooms at 3am. There was ultimately no point in staying here because the sole reason was for peace and quiet and I got neither. I got no rest whatsoever.
The windows looking out onto hallways or even other rooms and the frosted cubical bathroom must be a voyeurs/ exhibitionist dream but wasn't really my thing. Grateful for the black out blinds but a shame you have to block out all and any light to the room just to get privacy. If I was staying with someone else it would have been a real issue having so little privacy to use the bathroom or take a shower.

It is very near the Buchanan Bus Station as well as the train station on Queen Street. It is clean and quiet.
I felt hustled from the moment I presented myself at the reception desk. An extra £5 would get me into my room before 3:00. Did I want a better room than that which I had booked? That, of course, would be an added cost. Did I want to pay for breakfast at check-in in order to save £2? (Breakfast is rather pricey given the options offered.)
I was told that I was being “upgraded” from a room with no windows (which I don’t mind and which I had booked) to a room with windows. However, I learned from this experience that I will never ask for a room with windows at this hotel. Looking out the room’s windows finds you looking at a glass elevator (and the people in it) on one side of an open square and into other people’s windowed rooms on the other sides. There is a skylight above the centre of this configuration which brings in sunlight. However, in order to have any privacy in the bedroom and in the glass-walled bathroom, the room’s black window blinds must be closed, which leaves you with the same result as a room without windows, except that a room without windows is quieter than a room with windows. In my view, in this hotel a room with windows is not an upgrade.

Love the modern look. The staff were very friendly, warm, and exceptionally welcoming. They make up the whole young, hip vibe of the place that make the stay homey. Even if the room is small, it's got complete basic amenities, clean.
Love the complimentary 5pm-onwards free wine and cheese at the lobby.

The staff were friendly it’s in a central location and the room was fairly clean.
Just because you’re in a central location does not mean hotels should have the right to charge extortionate amounts for abysmal amenities. The bed was rock hard, the room tiny, it was too warm and for £220 I would have expected a hell of a lot more, it’s just disgusting.
