Poor lighting in bathrooms and bedrooms
No shower door for shower over bath
Leak under sink
Kitchen not cleaned properly. Benches sticky with glass and cup marks. Food left in fridge/freezer

Location very accessible for Glasgow centre. Very quiet only access to 2 apartments on our floor so very little traffic.
Beds in en-suite room uncomfortable.

Very convenient for city centre and bus routes. Well equipped, with some of the essentials provided ie towels, soap, washing up liquid, dishwasher and washing tablets, tea and coffee sachets.
24 hour shop directly opposite with the basics and really close to a Tesco, Sainsburys and poundland.
Our Bedrooms were at the back away from the street noises.
15 minute walk from Strathclyde Uni.
10 minutes from Buchanon bus station.
Bairns said ensuite loo made weird noises
I would have liked more hand towels but I probably could have asked. Staff were really nice and helpful.

Fabulous location.
Friendly and helpful staff.
Very comfortable sofas.
Easy check in.
One bed was very uncomfortable, you could feel the springs in the mattress.
Wifi wasnt great.

Didnt know these existed, but i will be looking at them for future stays in cities. We had the penthouse and i would highly recommend this, massive and everything you need. Lovely balcony that went the full length, shame the glasgow weather didn't allow us to use it to its advantage
My only thing that does put me off is that check out is 10am, this is very early and i have never known a checkout this early before, would be better if it was around 11
