Disappointing
never tried the breakfast when we left.
location was good as if was close to the train station and had plenty of food options around.
toilet was detaching from the floor, shower didn't stay in holder unless at a certain angle, toilet was cramped with us touching the wall with our knees.
bed wasnt as comfortable as would have liked so didn't get the best sleep.

Staff were absolutely brilliant, very friendly and the breakfast was so nice.
The shower room was absolutely tiny the bed wasn't good, old sprung mattress and a small double . The staff were lovely though

15 minutes for anyone to appear at reception desk. tried to phone room service, no phone in my room, had to walk to reception and wait again for staff. shower door broken, had to hold it shut. toilet like a shoe box
