The staff couldn't have done enough, they were really lovely and made our stay.
The facilities are excellent, clean and spacious.
Location is great - close to a train station or we got a taxi into Glasgow for around £17.

Nice building and the area was lovely, also staff were friendly. Good breakfast.
Noice from function downstairs was very loud, also road noise was bad. Sofa bed was the worst I have experienced, main bed was OK.

Room was nice however the shower was very bad. Breakfast was good but very slow services.
Quality of the shower was poor and speed of service in the morning foe breakfast was slow and had to chase staff up

Breakfast was very good, staff all friendly and helpful. Location suited us very well also. The room was comfortable and clean.
The ensuite bathroom was terrible. Too small and cramped.

Comfortable stay. Very quiet room considering above very busy pub. Good breakfast. Very nice person served breakfast and spoke to us about our trip. Great Italian delicatessen and restaurant just round the corner.
Shower over bath which is problematic for older people. No hand rails to hang onto when climbing out of bath. No fridge. Location not central so price tag of £143 on the more expensive side.

Friendly staff; excellent location for our requirements; OK breakfast - very salty meal
Our room was very small and had very few 'surfaces' to spread out on. The bathroom size was a joke....it was a complete shuffle every time you wanted to move in it. Again lack of surfaces to put toiletries. Access to one side of the bed was very cramped.

Lovely decor and liked the original period features. Perfect location. Staff are friendly and chatty which is always good.
Wee bit of a wait to check in as nobody was at the desk. Breakfast wasn't too good but was ok. Signs of wear and tear on paint work in our room that might need fixing pretty soon. Mattress was a bit poor ɓut ok for one night.
