Outstanding hotel and Joe is the best and good craic and friendly every time we stay and he cooks a fantastic breakfast. 5 stars Kelvingrove hotel .

The Staff were extremely friendly and kind.
The separate bathroom across the hall. The plug points in strange place for phone. a very narrow room so it was difficult with a large case.

Very comfortable & clean: very central to different parts of the city & many facilities to visit on the doorstep: great transport links, very easy to travel back & forth
The price of bus fares, very shocked especially compared to underground travel prices: but that does not reflect or distract from the accommodation which was excellent

Nice room, decent size, bed was very comfortable. The guy at reception was very pleasant and helpful about places to go. Great location lots of places to eat within walking distance. We would stay here again
Our bathroom was freezing even though the radiator was on, it just didn't seem to heat it

It is well located to the OVO hydro. Plenty of bars around the area. The hotel is clean and fresh. Breakfast was lovely. Cannot fault anything about this hotel, we will definitely book again.

The building is very smart and well kept. Room was of a lovely size and clean.
It was so noisy. All could hear was the banging of doors and footsteps outside our door. I think our room was above a kitchen as in the morning from about 6am all we could here was pans crashing around and the room smelt like food an we had to open to windows as it was Smokey to the point we smelt like cooking oil.
