The property location was exceptional. Walking access to Kelvingrove, wonderful restaurants and the Children’s Museum.
The walk from the temple parking garage was a bit rough (streets were dirty).

Offered value for money. Bed was comfy.
Upon arrival in room I found a used tissue behind the bedside table and a couple of other small bits of litter. Picked them up myself.

Initially, I had mentioned that the hotel did not accommodate my family for breakfast, which was disappointing. However, the management promptly reached out to clarify the misunderstanding and graciously offered a complimentary breakfast. I appreciate their quick response and effort to make things right. Thank you for the gesture!

Clean and comfortable room with all I needed. Good location for Glasgow is a lovely part of the city. Breakfast was ok, nice selection of buffet and hot food. Staff were friendly.
Good value for money. Breakfast options were quite average- machine drinks, tinned fruit salad.
Comfy, clean bed. Noisy system in bathroom. Parking was a bit of a pain but was explained when booking
