Ryan was super professional, polite and very welcoming.
Everything was so quick and efficient.
Ground floor upgrade was very much appreciated, will definitely be returning.

Lovely welcome and great breakfast.
The only thing we didn't like was the creaky ceiling when the guests upstairs was moving at bedtime. But can't be helped with an old building.

Good clean hotel, comfortable beds.
An abundance of tea and coffee and hot chocolate supplied in the room which was a god send.
Breakfast great value for £10 and good selection.
Hotel is in a good location especially if you're attending gigs at the Ovo 15 minute walk away.
Only one bug bear was the toilet and water system were quite loud but not drastic.
