The room was clean and comfortable. We needed three beds, so it was a little tight, but everything was in working order. We were able to walk to many wonderful places and only needed the night, so it was a great fit for 3 traveling friends.
A little small but did the trick. No elevator which is common. No one at reception for check out but all handled online.

The location is very central, about 3 km from Queen Street Station. The area feels safe, the staff are amazing and very helpful, and there are plenty of nice restaurants nearby. Bus routes into the city are easily accessible. Heating system works very well.
There is no lift, so if you have luggage, be prepared to carry it up the stairs.

The front desk guy (didn't get his name) was absolutely fantastic. Had a good laugh and was very knowledgeable of the surrounding area. Hotel was cosy and had good security door. Bed was comfy
Room was showing a bit of age, the headboard had marks on it and the duvet cover had a couple of small wear holes but didn't detract at all from the stay.

The bed was comfy, the staff were friendly and helpful, 4 min walk to fabulous Kelvingrove Museum and on main bus routes to central city. Parking outside hotel free only between 6pm and 8am otherwise parking building 3 blocks away, 20pound for 24 hrs.
The room was small and in basement with no elevator. Smelt musty and the toilet system was some sort of compactor that went off at odd times.

Spacious and cozy room with a warm and homely like atmosphere :)
I think the breakfast was quite poor with not many choices to chose from, pastry cakes weren't too fresh either

Spacious room, very comfortable bed, great water pressure in the shower. Pleasant staff. Close to ovo hydro
Very noisy plumbing, loud noise coming when using taps , shower or flashing the loo.
