Hotel was clean as could be! Joe the doorman is a man asset to your property!
My only negative was location, but that was purely my fault as I didn’t realise the actual location of property! I thought was nearer City Centre than it was, but as I said my own fault completely not a reflection on the hotel at all!

Location brilliant for the Ovo Hydro
So nice to have breakfast freshly cooked rather than a kept-warm buffet
Lovely plump pillows
Very little street noise
Plenty of tea, coffee & milk
Excellent hairdryer
The bed was quite creaky & the mattress had seen better days
The curtains were only just wide enough to cover the window

Very loud groaning sounds whenever hot water is run or toilet is flushed. Tiny bathroom with fluorescent lighting. Minus the bathroom, everything was excellent.

Joe on reception was lovely and helpful, room was warm, clean and the area is nice and quiet even though it’s on the main road. WiFi is strong. Great are for shops and restaurants, I had a great stay
Parking is difficult, free over night but have to pay during the day
