The front desk guy (didn't get his name) was absolutely fantastic. Had a good laugh and was very knowledgeable of the surrounding area. Hotel was cosy and had good security door. Bed was comfy
Room was showing a bit of age, the headboard had marks on it and the duvet cover had a couple of small wear holes but didn't detract at all from the stay.

The bed was comfy, the staff were friendly and helpful, 4 min walk to fabulous Kelvingrove Museum and on main bus routes to central city. Parking outside hotel free only between 6pm and 8am otherwise parking building 3 blocks away, 20pound for 24 hrs.
The room was small and in basement with no elevator. Smelt musty and the toilet system was some sort of compactor that went off at odd times.

Spacious and cozy room with a warm and homely like atmosphere :)
I think the breakfast was quite poor with not many choices to chose from, pastry cakes weren't too fresh either

Had a wonderful time here at Kelvingrove. Booked as we were going to a gig and wanted something affordable to which is exactly what we got. A short walk from the city centre, in a fantastic location. Joe was amazing, we arrived into Glasgow early so I messaged to see if there was an option to check in early and he was quick to respond that we could come when we're ready. Arrived at the accommodation and he was there ready to greet us and show us around. He showed us to our rooms and explained how everything works, was on hand if we needed anything. Rooms were lovely, no issues whatsoever with them. Bathrooms are a little small, but have everything you need. Beds were comfortable, tea and coffee at the ready. Easy checkout, and all around great experience. Can't wait to book and visit again.

Location was great for what we needed, which was a trip to the university. Freshly cooked breakfast was lovely and it was also nice to see gluten-free granola available as an option. Super service from staff and I would definitely recommend for a short stay.
Only issue was the TV in the room, the connection kept dropping out which seemed to be was a wiring issue.

Location was excellent, staff was lovely and accommodating. Quiet, but very close to city centre, transport links, and the Kelvingrove Museum and university. Needed to book a taxi the morning of departure, and the front desk handled it smoothly. I'm travelling again in September for a conference and I'll absolutely stay again.
Not really anything. It's an excellent place to stay. Would recommend to anyone.

Location was great as were were at an event at the OVO Hydro. Loads of places to eat nearby and parking. Receptionist was great, very friendly. Would stay again.
It was quite a noisy room due to plumbing. I think it may have been due to our room being in the basement level.
