Check in was smooth and efficient, room was clean, warm and comfortable. Very quiet, no external noise at all. Comfy bed, nice toiletries in the bathroom. Breakfast was great. Hotel is in a fabulous location, right on the station with any number of eating places around.

The breakfast was excellent, and the location at the train station was extremely convenient for me. My room was bigger, cleaner, and brighter than expected because I booked a single room and bed.
The wall in the bathroom was a little sonically thin and I could hear a neighboring conversation in the morning, but it did not bother me at all in my main bedroom. I had a quiet and restful night.

Everything was very good about this hotel, from Friendly staff, great breakfast, location, most definitely would stay again when back in Glasgow.
Choices for breakfast were excellent. This hotel has great character, lovely features.

Service was excellent. The room was very clean and spacious Breakfast was delicious. The hotel is in an excellent location. The hotel is big but it does not feel big and impersonal.
It was my first stay at the hotel and there is nothing I didn't like.

I liked the position of the hotel ...it's right on central station..
Our room was on the 3rd floor and when we got out the lift our room was what I can only describe as the very very opposite end of the building....our view was the roof of the station with the brick wall with all the weeds coming out of it....we probably got the furthest away room because we didn't add £30 on the booking for breakfast...I never normally leave bad reviews but this overnight was for my best pal and myself.... which will be the last one for us for a good while ...it just kinda wasted it for us....but at least we know what a lot of the hotel rooms are like and we can stay away from it... it's maybe just me that doesn't like horrible views and long walks from the lift....everyone's tastes are different
