Hotel was beautiful, the staff are brilliant. Breakfast was great! Great price for the night.
Not enough normal plug sockets. I was in kids bunk bed room and inky socket was high ho on the wall behind the tv.

Great room/suite. The bed was super comfortable and I slept really well. Coffee bags were lovely. Breakfast was also really nice.
Restaurant staff made us feel a bit hurried and started bringing out our main courses whilst we were still enjoying our starters. Couldn’t eat the chicken Kiev as it was terrible quality and badly cooked. It was removed from our bill

Shower over the bath in very small bathroom so no room to get in and out shower in room 239 had to request change of room

Beautiful reception area and the halls were stunningly decorated for Christmas. The staff were helpful and attentive and the location is ace.
The room was sold as premium but it turned out to be less premium than expected and hoped. The air conditioning unit rattled the entire night and then the amazing bath that was there I couldn’t use because it ran cold water. The shower which was separate flooded the floor. We did contact them about the problems and were offered a small discount on our next stay (within 6 months). This was the first overnight we’ve had in a year, so a real disappointment and I doubt we’ll be able to take another night within 6 months to use the discount. A empty offer feel.
