Very Good
Location is excellent for the West End; easy transport links by bus and metro and cycling feels safe too. The restaurants and cafes are varied and good value. There is a good atmosphere along Byres road and a good range of shops. The hotel is basic but meets basic needs.
The bed wasn't very comfortable, could do with a new mattress. Also a breakfast room would be good and sociable.

Location was excellent. The room's space great. There was no breakfast.
The room was good; however, the second day of our stay somebody tried to get in at 23:30. Fortunately, the door was locked. I opened the door and tried to find out who was that and saw the main door of the house was shut.

Communication about how to enter the premises: I couldn't find the keypad (it's touch activated!) and didn't receive an email with a PIN to enter.

Every thing was broken or worn and stained . The doors , the floors, the carpets , the windows , the beds , the cupboards , all broken and need replacing

Cost alot more than what it was worth, no facilities I.e to cook or access to drinking water, customer service wasn't very helpful and we were left utterly confused, luckily we only had to stay one night. Would not recommend

Said free parking on booking. Com but was not had to pay on street parking as couldnt access the car park that also would have had a cost.

On arrival, empty bottle of bud on steps. When we came back a few hours later it was still there. Broken ironworks on outside steps. Smelly when we walked in. Smelly room. Room was not clean and my first thought on the bathroom was Im glad I had a shower this morning as I dont want to have one here. Did not stay in property. Going to claim my money back. Wish Id stayed long enough to take photos but just wanted out of place. I cant believe it is still listed and you have taken money for it. Pictures on your website are either wrong or well out of date.

Disappointing
Location was good
Nobody at the property for check in. The rooms stank and were dirty the carpets were dirty and stained. I didn't sleep a wink because I was that scared of bugs biting me.
The tap wouldn't stop dripping all night, the chandalier only had 2 bulbs that worked. Looked like dried wee going down the wall next to the toilet. Really not happy at all... price was extortionate considering the quality of the room won't be going again
