Good for what you pay!
It said it had parking but the only parking was very expensive or you needed to park a few streets away! As others have said, loud toilet / bathroom and squeaky bed!

The location for west end was brilliant and we managed to park outside the hotel. The receptionist was friendly and our room was clean and very large that had tea and coffee facilities. We didn't eat in the hotel but walked along and paid to eat the grosvenor buffet which was lovely. It seemed more of a b&b than a hotel and I feel was quite high priced. For an extra £40 we could have stayed in the hilton.
The mattress was comfortable but sloped down at the side so it was not overly comfortable. It is a double so when shared it was not a great sleep. The decor is dated but does add character.

The room was spacious and the location good.
The property is a bit tired and could maybe do with some renovation, however it is a boutique hotel with some nice features such as high ceilings, coving etc. The reception is not staffed all the time and I couldn't get a response the one time I phoned down. There is a small bar but it closes at 10.00 p.m. I stayed on a Thursday night and didn't see a fellow guest during my stay, however I didn't opt to have breakfast. There is parking outside the hotel, but it is very expensive. You don't pay between 18:00 and 08:00. I arrived at 17:06 and left the following morning at 09:36, parking cost £12.80, for 2.5 hours of parking.

Absolutely love the location, price, jacuzzi bath, staff are really helpful and friendly, comfortable bed and has all the basics that you need.
Plenty shower/bath soap and shampoo but hand soap could be improved as a really minor point.
