The carpet in the room needed to be replaced & the shower leaked on the floor while showering. The toilet seat wouldn't stay up.

Had a few issues with the room, namely the electricity tripped numerous times - reception staff were very apologetic and helpful however with a short time between conference and evening - really impacted on the overall experience - trying to get ready in a room with no lights
