Beautiful traditional features, super friendly and helpful people at the reception.
The mattress could have been firmer and more comfortable, and the shower pressure stronger.

Great part of town. Handsome building quiet street

The location and entrance were very elegant. Check in was super easy. The room was not too far from the front desk. The room had all amenities required, could do with a spoon for a cup of tea, and was spacious enough to get ready to go out. Good parking options out the front.
The mattress may be due a replacement as it was very dipped in the middle and uncomfortable on the springs.
The shower was not very powerful.

Disappointing
The location was incredible, stunning area overlooking. The botanical gardens, was absolutely lovely! The room itself was very spacious and lovely, and spa bath was lovely.
The facilities were very poor. Only one cup left in room for morning tea, of which looked like it had lips tick mark on it, no ironing board as stated, and no shower gel or shampoo, just empty containers on the shower wall.

The staff were very friendly and professional.
Great location.
It was expensive for basically a 3 star hotel. Our room was basic, the bathroom was tiny and the shower was tiny. No parking at the hotel, parking near the hotel was very expensive. The free street parking was far away.

The bed was the most comfortable that l have slept in plus the pillows great. Though woke up cold as it being such a large room to heat up with the main heater on the wall being on a timer, yes its winter and mainly a cold night. Thankfully rectified by the staff got a portable heater made the difference.
Breakfast was lovely and loved it being served to you which was included in the price so stayed another night.
The stairs its quite a climb but not to worry I made it down to breakfast. (no lift) beautiful staircase and have kept up with the Victorian Finishes lovely

Great b&b style hotel in Glasgow westend. Lovely check in staff.
Smallest bed I’ve ever seen in a hotel room. This double bed must of been around 4ft. I’m not a large person and my partner isn’t either.
We were down in the city as she had a work meeting, but due to the small bed I actually headed back home the same night and she took the small bed for work the next day. We both would have ended up very sore the next day.
