The room selection was very misleading. The Executive room did not specifically tell us the it was NOT in the castle! We had a view of THE PARKING LOT? There were no amenities other than a hot water pitcher. WE WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN!

Everything. It was a lovely location and housekeeping standards were high.
The breakfast service was a little chaotic as there was a full house. Our room was above a door that seemed to be the service entry point and it banged a lot.

There was no fan in the room and it was extremely hot, there was also a lack of air con and given the price you pay

Beautiful setting. Gorgeous original features of the hotel give the hotel warmth and a sense of grandeur. Staff very friendly and attentive.
Would have preferred a choice of freshly cooked breakfast, not buffet style, I always find the hot food lukewarm when served in this manner.
