The host was very friendly and welcoming on arrival , the apartment was clean tidy & well kept with expected views of river clyde glasgow . We found it well placed for everything. We would stay again

It was very close to shops,restaurants and bars
It wasnt clean. From beds that didnt look clean, to mouldy bath with bath panel stuck on with cello tape. Missing lights in bathroom. Big stain on ceiling in single bedroom. Every piece of bedding and soft furnishings has to be washed they are filthy. Old chips on oven tray, had to wash all crockery, glasses and pans before use. Really old food in the cupboard. Living room a big chilli due to the screw together window frame Broken dining room chairs, dining table thick with dust. I have taken photos.

The location was great, room size and views from living room and bedroom were as per our expectations.
The size of master bathroom was very small and uncomfortable. The heater in Kitchen, Lobby and in big bathroom were not working. Then the host upon request supplied the plug n use heater. The big bathroom shower had leakage problem and the water flow in the showers had little force making you uncomfortable while taking bath.

I was fully satisfied with every aspect of the accommodation and service provided! Couldnt have asked for better if Im honest, Ive no doubt I will be returning here to stay when Im back. Customer service was exceptional, second to none!
The amount of stairs I had to climb due to my fear of getting into lifts but theres nothing can be done about that on your part, it was worth the 231 steps every time I came in or out for the awesome view

Location, comfortable bed.
Heating issues took days to sort out. Dishes left in dishwasher when we arrived. Smoke alarms became unstuck from ceiling and dropped. No one to greet us on arrival as it did state they would when we booked. Obtaining the keys to enter is a very clunky process.

Location is quite close to St Enoch Mall
Many items in the apartment are broken and cannot be used. Heaters, Chairs for the dining table, lights at the dining hall not working (datk) and quite hard to get thru the staff to fix the broken items and to make payment. We stayed there twice because we make an advance booking hoping that Apartment is as good as reviewed.

Nice and close to everything. Shopping centre a few mins away. Lovely views of the river. Easy checkin instructions. Large comfortable lounge room.
Ensuite was tiny - couldnt really be used if you are a tall or bigger person. Dryer didnt seem to work. Sheets were a little stained & pulled - making them appear dirty.
