Everything! My PA booked the hotel for me as it was close to where I needed to be for business. I had never stayed in one of these hotels before. I was going to see very late and communicated that to the hotel. On arrival, I was met at the check in desk by 3 very pleasant staff members. And without asking, I was given an upgrade to a suite. That was very welcome. The bed was very comfortable, the room was very nice and aesthetically pleasing. I had a great night's sleep and was fresh for my (long) day ahead. Thank you very much. I'll definitely be staying here again when I'm next in Glasgow.
There were no car park spaces left when I arrived and I had to park on the road. I then had to get up earlier than I would have liked to, to move my car in to the car park in the morning to avoid being ticketed.
