I didn’t have a card on file (not sure what that means) so I couldn’t order pizza to our room which was annoying and led us to Uber eats. It also took me 20 mins to get through to the food number

Staff were very pleasant. Made us feel welcome. We took our dog along on the short break, she was made very welcome also with a bed and food/water bowls supplied in the room which we have never had before in a hotel.
