great location lovely room breakfast options ample and good quality
parking - a joke - when I had booked expected to pay for carpark that belonged to radisson red hotel - £!5 for 24hrs - expected that cost within a city and thought well that's acceptable on arrival ringo parking app in place - ended up paying £55 for 2days - as initially 24hr was £25. + then extended by 12 hours for £15.+ then couldn't get the number of hours we needed so ended up doing another 12 hrs for £15.+ There should have been communication regarding change in parking status - to be honest I would have cancelled and booked elsewhere!

The rooms were clean and comfortable and there was plenty space. The views were excellent.
The socket next to my bed didn’t work and I didn’t notice until morning but otherwise nothing I didn’t like.

The room was great. Very efficient, crisp and clean.
The dining experience felt too small for the size of the hotel. We were unable to get a table in the evening, opting for a decent pizza delivered to our room. There was a queue for breakfast and generally too many customers trying to get food from the buffet. The food was good and a decent range of choices.

Check in easy & efficient. Room was spacious & very comfortable. Bed was very comfy. Liked large windows. Walk-in shower brilliant. Had dinner, quite a simple menu, a bit fast foody, but all good food when it arrived. Breakfast was great. All the staff were very pleasant & helpful. Fantastic location next to Ovo Hydro. Will definitely stay again.
Had booked several rooms & one room the electrics kept failing & plunging the room/toilet into darkness. Second room lights were flickering & couple of bulbs were out. Not so good.

Great location for concert venues. Clean modern hotel and facilities. Staff were excellent, especially on a ,adult busy couple of days when hotel and restaurants were fully booked. Decent amount of parking

The parking charge was very expensive at £25 a night. Staff blatantly lied that it was nothing to do with the hotel, when I checked online, it was owned by the hotel group. I heard other guests complaining on this issue also.

Bed was comfy, lovely view and room was spacious. Lovely big shower and bathroom.
I rarely ever get frustrated enough to leave a negative review but the noise from the bar was awful. I was on the 8th floor and until about 2am I could hear chairs being dragged, really loud music and heard everything from the adjoining room - every single sound from the couple in there and it was awful. I complained and was told it was being dealt with, it was still noisy for a while after that and no effort to apologise about the noise. If you can’t sleep through noise then don’t book here, I can handle a bit of background noise but this was really bad unfortunately. The queue was too long for me to speak to reception when checking out. There was no floor length mirror either which was a bit annoying.

Location was great. Room was nice and spacious and was clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Grabbed a pizza from the restaurant for dinner and it was lovely.
Some parts were a bit worn - broken things in the bathroom, carpet worn through. TV was old with very few channels. Took 20 minutes to check in which was frustrating as only one staff member on the desk at 5:30pm - peak check in time! Breakfast was ok but elements were poor - milk, fruit, cheese and yoghurt just left out to get warm. Some things were messy and felt unhygienic, it was more of a butlins vibe than Radisson. There was an event in the Sky Bar and it was very loud in the room until 1am.
