Clean and cosy
One staff member mistook me for a non hotel resident when I tried to visit the sky bar. Felt bad for a bit but he was quick to smile and correct his behaviour once he found out.

Location
No tea, coffee, milk in the room on arrival. No bathrobe or slippers despite them being provided in a Radisson Blue Superior. Some of the toiletries in the bathroom were empty. When you are paying £250 a night i would expect better. Value for money.

Room was near the hydro and had a good view from the window. Lifts were available
At check in couldn’t hear the girl on reception as a party going on and the music was too loud to be near a check in. Only one girl on desk with a queue of about 5 people. Room quite basic compared to other 4 star hotels. Paid roughly same amount in London and had free bottled water, biscuits, chocolates. Not even a biscuit with tea tray. Told at check in on Sunday room would not be cleaned.

Disappointing
Location was good. Bed was comfy.
Shower was dirty couldn't be used water couldn't run down as shower head was disgusting. There was a man outside our door the entire night talking when asked to move he proceeded to just storm up and down the landing. I'm heavily pregnant and needed my rest and I didn't get that as I had to keep going to the door then when I could finally get into bed someone tried the door. This was a father's day gift to my partner and never again will I book this hotel.
