View from bedroom was incredible. We upgraded to overlook the Clyde.
Sky bar was a really lovely experience. We were going to a concert at ovo hydro so watched until the crowd went down before going across.
The lady at breakfast was lovely as she ensured we enjoyed a good gluten free breakfast - thank you

Great selection for breakfast although Sunday was not as good as Monday - Monday more relaxed and dishes kept topped up.
Room lovely, great view of river. Spacious and clean. Husband enjoyed coffee machine. Bed comfy.
Location brilliant for OVO Hydro and Armadillo.
Had to park in multistorey as car park full but discount provided so paid same price.
Had small plates in Sky Bar...very expensive for what got. Very tasty but price too much.

Check in was seamless, very helpful and pleasant reception staff. The rooms were very clean and contemporary. Super comfy bed. Great shower.
Unfortunately breakfast was poor. Very poorly organised. No communication regarding what was available or where to sit. No cutlery on the table or on the buffet. No cups at the coffee machine. The tables had not been cleared.The buffet table had run out of many items and the hot food was definitely not hot. Definitely room for improvement in this area.

The hotel was very clean and the room was tidier than other hotel rooms we've stayed at before.
We pre-booked and paid for a standard double room a couple weeks before our stay however when arriving at the property we were told that the hotel was fully booked and the only room left available was an accessible one. We felt it was confusing and honestly unfair that the room we had originally booked and paid for had been given to someone else and we were left with whatever they could find, we booked and paid in advance to avoid this type of situation. We were also left in a very uncomfortable position as the accessibility room did not have a door handle we could lock and control, it was an automated one that took a good minute to close on its own leaving our room visible to the entire corridor. The reception also failed to mention that the room came with a door that was conjoined directly into the room next door to us. There were at least two men staying in that room who we could hear talk very clearly and every movement sounded like they were entering our room which made us uneasy. After we complained about it we were told that it was locked by staff so we didn't need to worry and after explaining that we were uncomfortable and would like to know if there were any alternatives we were essentially told that we could either keep the room or go elsewhere, given how much the room cost we didn't have a choice but to stay there. The hotel itself was very lovely and we would be willing to book again as long as we actually got the room we paid for that time, but overall our first experience was not the greatest.
