The location. The cleanliness The staff were exemplary. So friendly and helpful. Special mention to Sneha on reception. Incredibly nice and super helpful. The breakfast was really good too. Nice food and plenty of variety.

The bed was to die for ,not the best of sleepers but slept like a log ,Big and comfy....Rooftop bar is another little gem ,what a lovely way to unwind ..great location for hydro

Arrogant staff, one girl in particular in the ground floor restaurant who seemed to be more important than her guests.
I had booked 3No rooms for myself and colleagues to attend an event in the SEC, when we got to the hotel and checked in we freshened up to go for a drink in the bar and then go for dinner with other work colleagues. When we tried to go to the Sky Bar we were told it was closed for a private function so we went to the bar / restaurant on the ground floor to be told that part of this was closed for a private function and the other seating was only available to people eating in this area. The member of staff that told us this said we could take our drinks outside even though it was raining and cold, her attitude was awful. Considering i had paid over £200 per room for 3 rooms room only i was absolutely disgusted by the way we were treated, i will not return to this hotel again.
