Room was large and beautiful views (despite building site) bed comfortable. Bathroom clean and shower powerful.
It would be helpful to have a disposal shower cap and spare toothbrush in bathroom. More variety of herbal teas. Bottled water in fridge. Key fob didnt work as battery went!

Great staff, upgraded us for honeymoon which was lovely.
The pillows were very uncomfortable. we both found this and my husband had a sore neck for a couple of days after.

The staff are exceptional especially the reception staff, the man who checked us was warm, friendly and welcoming and the lady who checked us out was fabulous- both a credit to Radisson Red! Talking of Red, both myself and my husband love the colour scheme, our room was bright with that lovely splash of red! Room was comfortable and clean with a nice view of the OVO arena. Breakfast has greatly improved since we stayed in March, i didn't have the hot option but the continental selection was spot on and tasty! All in all it was a magical stay and we really look forward to staying again
To be the best hotel in Glasgow (IMO) you need to add some biscuits, the lack of biscuits is quite surprising since its not an expensive thing to add but actually makes people smile when they see what biscuit they get! Bottled water on first night stay would also be a very nice gesture and since you have hard floors, slippers would be great, you don't need to go all out with bathrobes (although that would be nice) but slippers for cold toes on that hard floor would bring the Radisson Red into the more luxurious end of 4 star

Staff great. We got in late, no issues. Very helpful with all questions and directions. Lifts quick and efficient. Room was great size, bathroom too. Loved the shower pressure and heat. Bed was comfy as! Liked the view to the river. Big room! We had buffet breakfast, staff very helpful and any request was no issue. Would’ve liked longer here. Enjoyed the vibe and decor.
