Very clean and friendly staff, who were all polite and eager to help. Great location for the OVO Hydro, and plenty of other shops which were only a 5/10 minute walk away.

Big well-lit room, very comfy bed. Onsite parking very straightforward. Sneha on the desk super-helpful.
Buffet breakfast, but then I’d recognise it’s hard to keep all that cooked stuff very fresh. And the “greeting “ as you enter the rooftop bar feels a little inquisitorial and rigid.

I booked a night for my partners birthday, while checking in Sneha was so welcoming and was even kind enough to upgrade our room to give us the most extraordinary views! It was stunning and we both felt so unbelievably grateful for the kindness. The most comfortable bed and sitting at the table enjoying the views was just incredible, definitely a night we won’t forget and will absolutely be back :)
Only downside is that we only booked one night :)

Great location, nice comfortable room, nice bar and breakfast
Staff at the bar could have been more amenable. We wanted to sit at the window for one drink but because it was book for later in the evening we weren’t allowed. Also, a dessert was advertised as coming with cream. It arrived without so I asked about it. When it returned there were 3 tiny spots of cream! Not impressed.
