Close to venue
Check in Que was long staff looked lost and didn’t have anything under control. Room had tags in floor and a tablet so cleaner didn’t do a good job at all but was already in a hurry so didn’t complain thankfully didn’t have kids.

Great location for the Hydro, very spacious modern room with an extremely comfortable bed. Also good breakfast with a lot of options.
The bedroom lights in the room were unplugged when we arrived and there was a light bulb missing from one of the lights.

The hotel was clean and tidy, the room was spacious and comfortable.
This may seem really petty and small, but there was no water in the room. I woke up around 4am desperate for a drink, to find no water. Quite surprised such a large chain, doesn’t consider this. Especially with the fancy coffee machine? To me this is a basic to provide. Also I could not turn off the cupboard light in the cupboard. The room was fairly dark, which mean the small amount of light found its way. Be good if this could be turned off, seems a waste of electricity too!
