Location, good mattress, roof top bar
Poor food choice for dinner, greasy fried mostly. Of all the staff we met only one smiled, bar staff miserable, guy at front desk no manners Breakfast shambolic, busy but only 1 of 3 coffee machines working, not enough fresh fruit for those that wanted it, bread was still half frozen, staff seemed reluctant to tackle concerns

Room was clean and nice.
Staff was not friendly, not helpful and at times rude. When I put the room keys down on the desk the lady replied “IN THE BOX”. If you would know a name and room number they will give you a key; not safe. The breakfast was horrendous; scrambled eggs were just a pot of slime, bacon was unchewable, and hard to believe the yogurt tasted awful, the strawberries and other berries were soggy and super sour. The coffee made us nauseated. For a hotel this expensive it is outrageous that you need to ASK for the room to be cleaned. We forgot to ask and then had to go to the desk since the cleaning person could not take our request directly. Elevator has wrong floor numbers. The top floor restaurant does not offer real food even when the other restaurant is closed. If they would be as client oriented as they are to look fancy then things would match. Very much left with the feel that they don’t care since it is a conference hotel and you will not return anyway. Absolutely not worth the money.

Great breakfast. Room very nice with table, chairs and view. Staff good. Hop on off bus stop across the street. Target market is probably a bit younger than us, but it was fun.
The reception set up is very odd. Staff are about 4 feet away from you. Hard to communicate.

I absolutely loved this hotel, got a room with a great view, it was exceptional, was very clean, staff were also absolutely lovely and welcoming, had a really good sleep bed was comfortable.

The room was big and clean
Staff were not friendly, they rarely smiled when they were talking to us, and they did not even greet us at breakfast when we give them the room number. Not sure if this is in a way related to us wearing scarves or its their way of treating everybody. But we felt unwelcome by staff.

Clean Comfortable Later checkout Staff helpful at restaurant and sky bar navigating allergies
No oat milk (there was almond and soy) We did find out evening before breakfast so were able to purchase some from nearby store for sons breakfast (allergies) This is just to point out for others who may need oat milk. Breakfast was very good otherwise.

Location, Skybar and decor
The bartenders at at the downstairs and upstairs bars were not very friendly at all. Moreover, the construction taking place in front and side of the hotel were an eye sore…
