I absolutely loved this hotel, got a room with a great view, it was exceptional, was very clean, staff were also absolutely lovely and welcoming, had a really good sleep bed was comfortable.

Location good for us passing through nice evening stroll along river Clyde
Building work going on surrounding property - will be better when complete Breakfast service needs reviewing operationally - current system not conducive to a hot quick breakfast and all the staff do is top up the breakfast items and clear plates rather than serve customers

The room was huge, quiet and really comfortable. The huge windows gave the room plenty of light with a nice table and chairs to sit and enjoy the view. The bed was big and comfortable, giving a good night's sleep. Parking was easy, there were plenty of spaces and secure.
The fridge was not cold even though we left bottles of water in it overnight.

Great breakfast. Room very nice with table, chairs and view. Staff good. Hop on off bus stop across the street. Target market is probably a bit younger than us, but it was fun.
The reception set up is very odd. Staff are about 4 feet away from you. Hard to communicate.

Location, excellent for walking to Hydro & Armadillo. Quick service at the bar. Food was good at dinner & breakfast. Friendly staff.
No small bottles of drinking water in the room for making use of kettle or coffee machine.
