comfortable bed and nice room
Issue with shower hot water. Stains on towels, inattentive staff, toiletries not filled, loud suction noises coming from bathroom during night. Cleaning staff entering room without knocking. Management only offered 25% off a future stay with a room upgrade and two drinks. Nice gesture but I would have expected more.

Great being able to park onsite. However, there is a £12 per day charge.
The Sky Bar was closed for a private function on one of our two night stay. This is presumably a good income stream for the hotel, but seems a bit unfair when a lots of people will choose to stay at this hotel, because of the unique rooftop bar. So no great to be told it’s close, when checking in.

The property was beautiful! I stayed in the hotel 3 times over a couple of weeks, every time I was blown away. I stayed in the sweet suite and it was breathtaking - the views of the Clyde and hydro were gorgeous.
The breakfast wasn’t great and probably wouldn’t add it on again in future.

The hotel alone is lovely and staff are nice
The room I paid for stated the bed was a king size bed, we were given 2 singles pushed together and spent half the night falling down the middle of the bed, it was so uncomfortable neither of us managed a decent sleep and as it was for valentines it kind of ruined the experience. The sky bar was also shut for an event which is fair but it should state and the main reason for choosing the radison red was to go there, we wouldn’t have choose it otherwise. For a first visit it was disappointing.
