Had to ask for bathrobes, tea / coffee , not good enough especially for over £300 a night Suite should have been cleaner. Charged twice as much as quoted for fruit platter of melon, pineapple and 3 raspberries.

Good location for the hydro but a good walk to the city centre, need to book a taxi to and from the hotel if you don’t want a long walk

Very stylish, perfect location for gig goers like ourselves. Beds are incredibly comfortable, room and areas very clean. Staff very friendly and helpful
Only gripes I have was the light fixture in our room looks like it’s about to fall off though it still appears to be reasonably secure. It’s worth keeping up the maintenance in the hotel to uphold the standards. The restaurant accidentally overcharged us for our meal however when I pointed this out the staff were very apologetic and quickly rectified the issue. Mistakes happen, it’s how you react to them is what’s more important and they dealt with the issue professionally and ensured we were satisfied with the service which we were.

We were at a concert and it was close the to the venue
We could not get a table in the sky bar then we could not get a table in the restaurant and then could not even get a coffee. I don’t understand why priority isn’t give to guests - there’s no incentive to stay
