Loved the view from the room looking on to the entertainment places on the Clyde Like Ovo concert rena. coffee machinwb Ztaff very friendly feels like home and been for food at both restaurants delicious. a good time of definitely go again. Great price also.

It was close to the venue we visited for a concert.
Some facilities were not available when we visited. The staff were sullen and unhelpful. Checkin was half an hour wait as couldn’t check in online. Card in the room said we could phone reception to ask for anything. When we asked for drinks we were told the bar was open so had to get them ourselves. Floor was not swept properly. Blood stain on the sheet.

The reception staff were lovely. The bed was very comfortable. Lovely sheets, plenty plugs and seating etc... Good clean shower/toilet. Lots of room. Great mirrors. Lovely coffee. Perfect location
This has happened twice now. I would rate this hotel much higher except for the Sky bar staff. Staff are very unwelcoming. Stood at the bar for over 20mins waiting to be served. Staff seemed to have no organised way to serve over the full bar. Oneside being served over the other. Some customers just left. We nearly did. I had invited a friend because of the Sky bar so was dissapointed. The staff looked very unhappy. Glasses everywhere on tables. No one seemed to be clearing or washing. We were advised at reception we would receive 20% off food and drink if we joined Raddison club. It wasnt made clear that this was only for soft drinks. Lastly shower had empty toiletries in the shower cubicle. Powerful Hairdryer but doesnt reach the 2 mirrors due to short wire lead.
