The staff were lovely.
The lobby and reception area was stunning.
The room was very peaceful and quiet
Having to pay £50 for a deposit when I've already paid for my room.
The lack of light switches in the room for the mirrors was irritating.

Excellent place to stay in Glasgow. Next to Central station and only a short walk to shops, bars and restaurants.
No gym available on site as being renovated. Hotel does offer of site alternative.
