Comfortable with friendly staff.
Room was very warm. Set the thermostat at 18. And room temp never fell below 22, all night.

It was incredible from start to finish. The location was perfect - right by the central train station and near the theatre royal.
The entire hotel was decorated and maintained to such a high standard. Everything was clean and immaculate.

I was staying in the hotel, as I had an event there. It was so lovely, the hotel staff were really friendly, the rooms were clean and had lots of amenities. There was also parking available at a reasonable price nearby.

The rooms are really airy and spacious, great bed lovely linen ,nice decor 2 chairs a bench 2 tables fantastic
Shower room really good and great water pressure, coffee machine and a kettle, we are Scottish so lovev a tea lol
TV good as well good wi fi
The only negative was we were there for 2 nights and room not done ,it was late in afternoon when the staff member asked us if we wanted room done ,I said yes to fresh towels, tea bags.and milk and she cleaned shower room but as we were in the room I I made the bed myself.
,I know there are options re towels being changed but as a retired lady who has 3 sons clean towels bed made is.my treat I love and appreciate that service.

Shower partition had no caulking atht he bottom, so every drop of water that hit the shower partition ended up forming a puddle in the middle of the bathroom. There was a drain on the floor, but tiles were not levelled, thus puddle never reached the drain.
On 2 of the days, lady at the restaurant entrance walked everyone inside the restaurant to show them breakfast buffet, leading to up to 10 minutes waiting times to enter the restaurant. I had a feeling that they were just following some strange internal policy.
