A comfortable, quiet room with all facilities. Very comfortable beds. Location close to Central station could not be bettered.
TV was playing up and was fixed promptly.
Spacious and well appointed common areas, friendly helpful staff always available.
Good breakfasts with a wide choice.
Toiletries should be checked better; body lotion ran out and was not replenished.

Breakfast was fabulous, especially the way the Scottish breakfast was fully lined up. Really liked the bar area and checking in was very welcoming. Thank you until our next visit :D
