The location is perfect next to the train station. The property is modern and clean.
Only 2 teabags in room - prefer at least 4. Check in slow despite checking in online- too many questions about payment ( I’d already prepaid but had to prove it!) and lots of hard sell on eating in hotel. A bit pricey considering was room only.

Beautiful hotel, room was lovely, clean & comfortable. Staff very helpful and friendly.

The hotel was clean and tidy, although there was major road works put aside they could not be heard inside. The room was very clean and comfortable, brilliant air con - a bonus in the heat wave. Would definitely stay again

I had an issue with a scam email and when I brought it to the attention of the staff before my stay, they were very helpful and made sure I was going to be looked after if there were to be any issues.
