This is a super hotel, the staff are all lovely, our room was exceptional, the breakfast was amazing and so are the cocktails - it’s central to every thing. Stay here

While the hotel had a welcoming feel to it, we were a little disappointed with our accommodation. The bed was particularily hard and we were extremely sore trying to get out of bed in the morning. However, the Breakfast was very nice in the morning and the meal we had at our event on the 14th November was very nice.

.The receptionist staff were exceptionally polite and incredibly helpful. I encountered a few issues during my business trip, and they went above and beyond to support me. Thanks to their assistance, I was able to resolve everything in time and deliver my presentation at the conference. I’m truly grateful for their outstanding service.
We had some trouble sleeping at night due to very noisy pipes, it genuinely sounded like an elephant snoring and kept us awake. It may be something worth looking into.
We stayed on the 6th floor and were very happy with the room overall. The view was beautiful and we really appreciated that.

Modern hotel good quality ease of location staff excellent
Romms with no fresh air smelt almost musty air con noisy and big windows appreard very cold almost like the thermal barrier had brocken
