Staff were so lovely and went out of their way to make sure the stay was perfect, the room (suit) was exceptional better than I could have hoped for. The food was amazing will definitely stay here again. Best place I've stayed by far.
That my room wasn't ready, however the staff did everything they could to make up for this as it wasn't their fault unfortunately these things happen.

Fantastic location and staff were very helpful and efficient. The biggest room I think I have ever had in a hotel, well equipped with fridge, iron and board, tea, coffee, and hot chocolate and a great walk-in shower. Tastefully decorated room and throughout the hotel gave a relaxing vibe. Excellent breakfast with so many choices. My go-to place in Glasgow now.
The pillows. One too hard, the other too soft. Together, they were ok. The cleaner was still doing her rounds at nearly 5 pm. on the second day when we arrived back. We opted not to have the room cleaned.

The room was a great size and the curtains were blackout ones which was good! Checkout was later so we weren’t rushed and the staff were absolutely amazing! The location was also really central and there were lots of good places to eat nearby!
We didn’t stay long enough to properly enjoy the kettle and things in the room but it all looked good!
The toilet wasn’t flushing properly which I forgot to say on checkout but my main issue was the £50 deposit I had no idea about. I’ve checked the messages sent from the hotel but I couldn’t see any mention of this. It got refunded when we checked out but that’ll still take 3-5 business days do go back into my account and I hadn’t budgeted for it. There also wasn’t any kind of explanation as to why they had this. They only said we could use it at the hotel which we weren’t going to do. I wasn’t particularly annoyed but I think they should let you know about it when you book and the reasons. That being said, I’d stay here again as it was a lovely hotel!
