Very comfortable hotel and very close to the station and city centre amenities.
Early evening in the bar/restaurant was rather chilly but did warm up later. We appreciate it is a big volume to heat.

Our room was very clean and well-kept. We loved the lighting of the room, which I provided a lot of options for brightness levels, which comes in more handy than you would think. The room was relatively quiet at night, and we were able to make it very dark for a solid night of sleep.
The breakfasts here are the best breakfasts I have ever had at an accommodation. They have EVERYTHING you could possibly want.
There was some construction going on in the hotel, which might have caused more noise than normal. Our room was also right by the elevator, which dinged loudly whenever it opened on our floor.

The room facilities were excellent—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making the stay very pleasant.
However, the breakfast was rather average, lacking variety and freshness compared to the overall quality of the hotel.

Property is very close to everything. And the hotel is really a lovely hotel. And the staff was kind and friendly.
There was nothing we did not like. I just informed the reception that the tv did not work and there were no shower gel in the shower. But the reception made a note and I am sure they gave attention to it.

PERFECT location, great staff and a lovely ambiance! Such an impressive place! Easy walk to shops and sites around the station. And all the little extra touches that made one feel welcome and luxurious. :)
I had a health issue while there and John the doorman was a true to earth angel. He took care to see that I got the help I needed each step of the way and got us all sorted. He even sat with me in the wheelchair he got for me while we waited for a cab.
We will be back for sure!

Very central location. Spacious room with contemporary design. Love the check out time being at noon. I asked if I could be on a higher floor and my room was on the highest / sixth. I further liked the tea and flavored water in the lobby and treats in the room.

Everything was fine; unfortunately, the pool and spa were closed due to long-term refurbishment.
Excellent breakfast and location. Great hotel! We took the bus to the airport — no stops, and faster than any car.

It is in city Centre right next to train station if you’re using the train. Huge rooms and very clean
There is no parking. Although advertised as having parking and valet on their website, there is neither of these. There’s a parking structure you can use several blocks, but due to all the construction it takes about 45 minutes to get from the hotel to being able to get into the parking structure due to it being one-way streets and construction leaving roads closed. This was extremely annoying. You should also be aware that they are doing construction until 2026 and so you hear jackhammers at 8 AM.

The hotel was beautiful and the location as perfect for out needs. Our room was very clean, very nicely appointed, and quiet. The staff were extremely helpful when I needed to get transportation to the airport VERY early in the morning.
