The only near car park was inaccessible due to a collapsed building. Staff were unable to provide info as to where else to park. Very stressful. Street parking was only 2 hours.

Myself and friend stayed as we had an e event close by.
From the moment we walked in we were welcomed from staff. It was such a lovely hotel!
And would love to thank the staff that night!
Haiqa such lovely woman. Was very helpful when I forgot my room card and replaced us with a new one
Also iwo and Matthew from throughout the night looked after my friend when going out to smoke the whole stay was lovely.
Room was nice had everything we needed would highly recommend anyone wanting to book here. Will definitely book back next time I’m in Glasgow.

PERFECT location, great staff and a lovely ambiance! Such an impressive place! Easy walk to shops and sites around the station. And all the little extra touches that made one feel welcome and luxurious. :)
I had a health issue while there and John the doorman was a true to earth angel. He took care to see that I got the help I needed each step of the way and got us all sorted. He even sat with me in the wheelchair he got for me while we waited for a cab.
We will be back for sure!

Large, airy room, great shower, great breakfast, surprisingly quiet given its location!
The ping from the lift as it arrived at the floor! Our room was down the hall a bit (323) and the 'ping' woke me. Unnecessarily loud.

Very clean, comfortable and modern. Toiletries, iron & hairdryer in the room. Lovely breakfast with lots of hot and cold options.
Having a £50 deposit taken out my bank and having to wait 3 days to get it back. Anywhere else I’ve stayed it’s just a pre authorisation that doesn’t actually leave your bank.
