Very Good
We stayed in a corner suite which was fantastic. The bed was huge and pillows comfy.
The breakfast left little to be desired. We came down to breakfast midway through service and the cooked breakfast items were poor quality.

Room very spacious and very clean
Only reason my disabled son chose to stay was to make use of pool. We booked then received message to say pool was closed. Unfortunately we hadn't chosen a flexible booking so couldn't cancel.
Housekeeping walked into room twice in the morning. No knock on the door. Son was quite embarrassed as on one occasion his carer had just got him out shower

Pleasant
Room was a nice size and design
Bad experience with room service and breakfast. Room service ordered a chicken salad and soup and Coke Zero, arrived with no chicken or dressing on the salad, no cutlery to eat the food and no bottle opener for the drink. Had to call 4 times to follow up and took them 1 hour to resolve by which time obviously our dining experience was ruined. They didn’t believe us that the salad was missing chicken and dressing so we had to show them as proof which took 20 mins for them to arrive just to look and instead of just bringing the chicken and dressing on the side he took back our salad and didn’t return it with the chicken for a further 25 mins. Also didn’t just bring us a bottle opener, pushed himself into our room first to check that our minibar didn’t have one which we already said it didn’t and again waited for this and cutlery to be brought another separate time - just unprofessional and frustrating, even the reception staff felt embarrassed and was apologising as when we called we went through them. We were very polite so not sure why the kitchens reaction was as such. Apparently ‘they are sure they definitely put the chicken and dressing’ so basically calling us liars. And then breakfast, had high hopes as per reviews but it’s really nothing special at all. Scrambled eggs were like steamed blended cream jelly eggs which was gross, pastries were like frozen from supermarket, coffee not great, but really this was the worst.. the fresh fruit looked appealing until an older lady from the kitchen brought out a new tray and as she put it down coughed all over the fruit section with no regard to cover her mouth or turn away - disgusting!! Gym and pool facilities were closed, all outside the hotel is loud construction and the pillows were too thick and hard. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Fantastic location
Good size rooms
Lovely bathroom
Good breakfast options
Only the work going on outside. Nothing the hotel can do about but makes the pavement very narrow

Poor
It was convenient for getting around Glasgow
It was not good for getting a good night's sleep as their very loud music went on until 1.00 each night including Sunday night and was then followed by loud shouting by drunken girls running up and down the corridor outside trying to find their rooms up until 3.30 am.

Very Good
Spacious room and great choice for breakfast.
Lack of informing regarding parking. We used the app for the ncp and didnt know we needed a physical ticket to receive the discount. Also the staff could benefit from know more on how to get the the hydo arena. We ended up walking there due to road closures and taxi wait times. When in fact we could have just caught the train as it was just one stop away.

Wonderful
Breakfast is superb, especially if you wish to explore the Scottish version of "Full Monty". The staff is very welcoming. The rest was somewhat spoiled by the ongoing construction works, about which you learn after the booking is made.
The window can't be opened, so you have to breathe with the help of the (well-functioning) air conditioner.
