Everything about my stay at Raddison Blu was exceptional. I visited for the first time in November and I loved it so much that I stayed again. The staff are wonderful and nothing is too much trouble.
My room was immaculate and I was able to check in early which made my trip! Thank you so much

It’s a beautifully maintained property and Foh boss Michelle is always engaging .
Bar staff lacking guest focus and unfortunately slow . However when I was served by the Lancashire ? lady things improved.

Room was perfect for with a family as had bunk beds. A bath would have been perfect but this isn't offered with bunk bed rooms but it is a massive shower so no complaints. Plenty of storage space for with family and also a mini fridge for the little one's milk and snacks. Lovely decorated hotel at Xmas but still quiet in the rooms which was great.

Good central location on Argyle street next to Glasgow central. Modern clean spacious. Friendly staff. Great Breakfast. Inexpensive for Rooms with Breakfast included.
Messed up on one meal: not waitress’ fault as it was written down plain burger without sauce / gherkin but served with. Left feedback with waitress.

Modern comfortable hotel, staff all very helpful and pleasant. Great location and car park close by too.
Spa unavailable due to renovations but guess it cant be helped as if required has to be done.

The attention to detail and quick response of staff to any issues. They were a credit to your company. Thank you.
The coffee wasn't working but was fixed immediately. Delay on the room service but without prompting, the level of service noted and we were reimbursed. Therefore, as stated above, overall we were very happy. Softer robes would have been nice.
