We went back to the hotel at 9.30 for a cocktail and they dont service cocktails after 9.30, disappointed as we went back to the hotel to have a cocktail before heading to our room.

You promised £15 refund for our carport stay but refused to pay it. Very very disappointing. You said we’d have free car parking next time. Not good enough.

The rooms were so spacious, modern and the bathroom was equipped with shampoo, conditioner and body wash (rather than 2 in 1 or no conditioner which happens often at other hotels).
The beds were sooo comfortable.
