Great hotel, location is ideal on the royal mile, the staff are amazing. Good breakfast. We stayed in the junior suite we are a family of four with two kids so the room size was perfect.
I found the room was a bit cold since we were visiting in winter. Not sure if there was a proper heating but generally not an issue.

Big rooms, clean and we had a good stay. The bar is excellent and breakfast was great
Some hotels already have the essentials in the bathroom like toothbrush and toilettries. In this hotel, you have to ask on top

Staff helpful
Breakfast is lovely but had some changes from previous visits like no table service for tea, coffee, toast. We were out in to the bar area , which was cold, however I asked if it was possible to get a proper hot chocolate and the waitress made me a lovely one.
I preferred the old system it worked better.

The property was exceptional, the room was spacious and modern. The staff were lovely and couldn’t do more for you. The hotel even clicked on that it was my birthday and made it extra special for me.

Bright and airy, rooms large and comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful when needed
TV kept freezing/glitching. Room took a while to heat up. Had to remind staff to add on 20% discount
