Wonderful
Good location. Roomy with lots of windows. Easy access on foot and close to pubs, restaurants, and museums.
Not their fault but there was construction every where making it harder to get to/from the property.

Good
Loved the large space and the little kitchen and small washer/dryer combo. Carpet in one room was like new.
The process to get the code/keys is a bit cumbersome as well as the parking. It would be nice to partner with the parking to get a voucher for parking that is included with your stay. The one bedroom was nice but pillows and bed were hard. The living room could use a little sprucing up, carpet etc to make it more cozy. The bathroom floors need some work, loss of grout and need some cleaning especially baseboards/floors in the corners.

Good
We liked the location and the fact it had an elevator especially with luggage.
The room is very sparse could really use another chair or even a sleeper sofa. There is a lot of wasted space. Also the kitchen utensils need to be replaced & added to. The property can’t control the street noise but from our room you felt like you were sleeping on the street. Between the loud individuals leaving the pubs at 2am and then the deliveries starting at 5am you won’t be getting any sleep. Might depend on what side of the building you’re on. Also agree better signage is needed only being on the glass door is hard to locate.

Very Good
The location was fantastic, only a few minutes' walk from Queen St train station and the Buchanan St bus station, both of which we used multiple times. Our apartment was on the top floor and we had a neat balcony overlooking the Modern Art museum and other attractive buildings. The staff was very friendly and responsive, accommodating us when we needed to store luggage before check in.
The apartment has seen better days. The tile floor in the bathroom was cracking and coming up, paint was chipped in several areas, and the heated towel racks didn't seem to work. It wasn't as clean as I would have liked. We found several long hairs in the bathroom that didn't belong to us.

Hugh rooms, good location, close to train station, pubs and restaurants. Very clean.
Hard to find. Walked past it 2 times before I realized that was the way in.

Very Good
The central location was very good, place was clean and lots of space.
Some maintenance is needed on the unit we were in, the shelf above the bathroom sink is falling off, missing the hanger on the back of bathroom door, tile grout on floor needs a good cleaning.
It was very noisy until 2:00am due to the proximity to the local bars.

Great property. Parking was a little walk. Unloading was a bit of an issue with limited access.

Locationt to both trains stations was key for our travels. The rooms were clean and building was secured to get in and out.
The beds were a bit stiff for my comfort but we only stayed one night.

Good
The location was excellent for central Glasgow.
The apartment was bigger than we expected.
Need we're very comfortable.
Reception staff were very friendly
The bathroom could have been a bit cleaner.
The iron in the room didn't work, but staff helped with this.
The hearing was set a little high. We tried to change this, it didn't seem to make much difference.

Very nice and clean, everything you’d need for a home away from home!
Could use a better washer/dryer but other than that it was perfect

The size of the room and location are great! Staff friendly and helpful.
Having to complete the self check-in upon arrival is a bit cumbersome.

Very Good
Host sent through detailed instructions about how I could enter the property after hours and get into our room using both the secure outer door entry (code) and the key lock box that gave me access to the key for the room. Hotel was very central and very convenient.
The apartment was a little tired. Everything worked and it was warm, but the kitchen was a bit run down (although we had take out).

Right next to the train station in middle of city. The apartment was big light cosy and comfy with everything I needed. Nice coffee machine too.
More milk in the fridge would have been above and beyond

Good
Spacious and central. Secure.
Blinds dont quite keep the light out and heating was inconsistent throughout the rooms. A few minor attention-to-detail fails from the property, but not enough negatives to be mad.
