Centrally located right by the train and bus station. Clean and spacious. Has everything you need.

Good
Spacious and central. Secure.
Blinds dont quite keep the light out and heating was inconsistent throughout the rooms. A few minor attention-to-detail fails from the property, but not enough negatives to be mad.

Pleasant
Close to the train station, good location to different restaurants
No air conditioning, we couldn't open the windows to get air coming in, the bedrooms were hot, one fan was ok, the other was not very good
2 light bulbs in the living area were out, the doors to one bedroom and the living room had to be propped to stay open
One bathroom was not as clean as the other one
An outside light was on all night, blinking different levels of light

Wonderful
Everything! The location was perfectly situated about 100 metres from the new Queen Street Station, and it was a short walk to Metro Stations and a variety of shops and places to eat.
There is quite a bit of outside noise, but the sleeping area is pretty quiet. Sleeping with ear plugs is a good idea for a uninterrupted sleep.

Location, access and overall quality of the place, felt safe and secure.
Decent well stocked in terms of kitchen, providing kitchen roll, toilet paper and tea bags was a nice touch and good value for money.
The size of the rooms was a lovely thing and comfortable bed
You can't get away from the noise on the street when in the bedroom but I understand that.
It could do with a couple more chairs for the table as I was visiting my brother's and it limited the seating

Fair
Location and space of the suite. The welcome pack of snacks and water in fridge. We had issues with accommodations and staff was willing to work with us.
Reception was gone for the evening due to our late arrival (train cancellations), our door to suite was unlocked, and the door was ajar. This was not a pleasant way to be welcomed. Thankfully, no one was in our room, but it was still concerning, especially because there was no one on sight to speak to about this. The toilet was "running" the entire time, everything needs a good cleaning, from walls to grout to floors. There was a leak in the kitchen under the faucet. We came back from a day of sightseeing to see the dishwasher had been pulled from its place, garbage on counter. I spoke to reception, and they advised plumbing had been in and out, and she apologized. I was never notified that services were needed (this is before I made them aware of all the plumbing issues), I had valuables in the suite. This is not okay, and I am waiting for the manager to be back on Monday to discuss this further.

Poor
The location is very central, but please avoid this hotel due to bed bugs.
I cannot recommend this hotel, as I had a terrible bed bug incident on 19 October, certified with a doctor report, and waiting full reimbursement. The hotel's bedding, furnitre and carpers are exteemely old and dirty, and I strongly advise future guests to exercise caution and verify the hotel’s hygiene standards before booking. Moreover, the hotel's staff is dismissive and negligent, despite the fact I even showed my body to the people working there. I've also got in touch with Glasgow's City Council, as the hotel is trying to cover up this issue.

The location was top notch! Easily walkable to public trans and any restaurant, pub, museum or grocery you want to visit.
The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. From quickly resolving a power outage in the kitchen outlets to finding and holding an iPad I left behind (until I could return for it) the staff answered every request with a smile and positive attitude.
The building was quite secure requiring a code to access the building.
There isn’t really a good place to park and leave your car to drop off luggage and check in to the hotel. It was a drag parking in the Q Park Jamaica Street (a discount is provided by the hotel) and haul the luggage the 10 minute walk to the hotel.

Wonderful
The apartment was spacious, and the amenities provided were very nice. Apartment, itself, was as described. However, don't upgrade to the penthouse unless you stay for over a week because they won't allow you to use the balcony.
Check-in was easy, and communication was good.
You are close to some nice restaurants, and sightseeing bus pick-up is only a block or two away.
A nice recipe book was in the room, and appliances worked great. Be sure to read the entire email from the property because there is important information about parking and discount code for parking.
I would book here, again.
Very noisy area at night, but you are in the heart of a busy area of the city. Hallway bathroom was rather hot, and we couldn't figure out the heating/cooling system. You may want to ask the reception area about that.

Pleasant
Location.
Its right next to St George’s square (unfortunately it closed for renovations)
Our apt had a very nice balcony with a view - but the door was closed shut. Not permitted.
The rug in the rooms, need changing.

This property is wonderful! The location is great, it was very clean and the extra space (beyond a regular hotel room) was helpful! Juliana is reception was fantastic. Will return!!!
The reception is on the first floor (one floor up from ground) and the door to the outside has a code. When we arrived, a maintenance man was around and he let us in, but I’m not sure how one gets in the first time to check in. Reception is wonderful and accommodating, so ask. They do change the code to the door outside routinely. Overall fantastic place to stay I. Glasgow.

Good
Great location for catching the train and good size.
We were there for a Saturday night and it was very noisy until after 12pm. It was central so I understood it would be a bit noisy but there was no double glazing so quite unbearable. As soon as the party in the pub across the road ended the rubbish truck arrived!

Very Good
I was told in an email that we could access the room at 1:00 but when we arrived one of the receptionists told us that the manager meant that we MIGHT be able to but it was not possible. When we returned at 1:00 another receptionist said sure, and gave us the key.
Also our gorgeous balcony was inaccessible but the unit next door had full access to theirs. I have tried to email them twice about this but have heard nothing

The size and amenities of the flat, as well as the central location between Glasgow Queen Street station and Glasgow Central station, both of which we used.

Good
The location of the hotel is very good, it's clean and decent sized.
Despite it having a kitchen, adaquate pots and pans for cooking were lacking.
The cutlery is very cheap, bends with usage.
The room was on the top floor, it got a bit hot over summer however there's no working AC to cool down.
The doors and windows are limited by a protection wired so can only be opened about 10cm, severely limiting cooling.
