Wonderful
I had a very late check in due to flight delays but it was still easy to get the keys and get safely into my room. Communication was quick, friendly and helpful.
The only negative was the noise from the parties down in the street. It was LOUD but hey-it was a Friday night and it is city center in Glasgow :) I wouldn't recommend staying here with little kids, just because the noise level.

Poor
The location was useful
The host didnt tell us there were roadworks around George Square, causing masses of detours and inconvenience to us and having to unload far from the apartment. They also didnt tell us the car park was 10 mins walk from the apartment. When we arrived the apartment was not representative of the photos, the windows were broken with safety issues of the cord broken from the frame, we were on the 6th floor and there can be safety incidents. The apartment was too hot and the heating couldnt be switched off, making it a very uncomfortable night, we wont be staying here again and wouldnt recommend it to anyone

Wonderful
Large spacious apartment with full kitchen and washing machine.
The pubs downstairs were very noisy and was quite loud even though we were 4 floors up

Poor
While the location in Glasgow was great, its location above an all night Pub was not. The noise lasted until 3:00am each night/morning. Sleep was impossible. I would not suggest anyone staying in this location.

Pleasant
Location, restaurant across the street Da Vita Pizzeria was exceptional.
Very uncomfortable bed, mix up by staff handled very poorly, was sent to wrong location, they couldn’t find our payment, I had to send the receipt to them by email, then walk back across town. At reception the hostess was rude and dismissive. Housekeeper at bath street location was very kind brought me water and relayed messages from her “boss”. Furnishing are cheap battered and uncomfortable . Dorm room at its worst.

Likes the vibe of area.
Service was so-so, nobody there on weekend for extra towels and other needs. Windows and window shades hard to manage.

Great location. One block from Queen St. Rail Station. Lots of pubs and restaurants. Tesco in the next block for groceries.
Very noisy outside.

Poor
The location was ideal for our itinerary. The size of the room was great. Having the separate bedroom from the living room was nice. The washer and dryer and kitchenette with the refrigerator was much appreciated.
The hours for the staff were limited, and no one was available to ask questions to during the "off hours". When they were available, they were not very helpful or friendly. There was no mention of the construction at the park behind the hotel that has been going on for over two years. Had we known, we would have selected another location. The construction would start at or before 6 AM. The pub and the fish & chip shop clientele were extremely loud from 2 AM to 4 AM. This is not a good location if you're interested in sleeping.

Good
It was a great location for our one night stay. Convenient to train station, restaurants, and shopping. It was a reasonable price.
The walls and ceiling had visible dirt and there was cracked flooring. The washer was broken upon our arrival which staff knew but didn’t share upon check in. It was very hot in the rooms with no door props and one fan was broken.

The balloons, card and little bottles of fizz for my 60th from staff.
Cleanliness, hygiene, dirty ashtray, rubbish left in bed for whole stay. Human nail found in bed.

Good
Friendly staff, well located in Merchant City.
No air conditioner made the middle hall and bath very uncomfortable. The bedroom was ventilated as was the Living room and kitchen but at least when I was there the stuffy midsection was quilted unpleasant.

Very Good
Comfy bed, cleanliness overall, location
Would have liked a dish cloth (there was only a green scratch pad for cleaning dishes), 2 face cloths, and the power switch for fridge should be marked because I switched it off somewhere and the freezer defrosted leaving water in the fridge.

Good
Good location for exploring the city on foot. Was nice having the "apartment" style for a couple nights -enjoyed the extra space.
We were in a car and there was no parking at the hotel. We arrived after hours and did not receive information about the parking garage off site. Luckily as I retrieved the keys I ran into another couple checking in and asked them about parking and she was kind enough to send the information to my email. We are older and staying in a city with no parking available is sometimes frustrating. It took almost an hour for us to walk to get our car and fight the traffic and one way streets to get back to the hotel to retrieve our luggage before leaving town. Very annoying. Hotels that do not offer parking should offer some type of shuttle service to and from parking garages.

Wonderful
Excellent location and very large apartment with lots of room. The staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating. Excellent bathroom with a tub, very comfortable bed.
It really needs a reno. It’s tired. The flooring is separating/coming up in places, the mirror in the bedroom was cracked, there were stains on the carpet and the couch, which is cloth covered, was pretty grimy. It definitely needs to be deep cleaned. Also, Queen’s Street is VERY NOISY, even through the night, so bring earplugs.
