Very spacious flat. It was much bigger than we expected. Great value for money. The flat was equipped with all the essentials that one needs... from hair dryer to iron/ ironing board, extra pillows, towels, washing up soap and dishwasher capsules. We appreciated the Nespresso machine and complimentary coffee/tea. The staff were super responsive and friendly every time we called, and they generously re-filled us with toilet rolls, kitchen rolls, coffee, tea. We loved the beds. They were SUPER COMFY! The flat was very clean. We appreciated having a large bathroom and bath-tub so that our kids could have a bubble bath. Location is walking distance from the shopping streets. One last thing, the flat was very warm (we arrived in cold weather). Superb!
Some people might find it annoying that you need to use an App on your phone to unlock your flat door. It was OK for us, but what if your phone runs out of battery? We were given a room card by staff on our last 2 days. Another thing is that the windows hardly open at all, which could be an issue if you visit in hot weather. Thankfully we arrived in the cold. Other than that, honestly, no problems at all!!! Thank you for an excellent stay!

Underfloor heating takes a while to heat flat, no info on how to share a mobile key, no info on how to get a discount for a car park. We paid 50 from Friday evening to Sunday morning, the website says 8 per 24h

Beds were very comfortable. Great night sleep. Quiet, couldn't hear anything from outside! Nicely decorated. Cozy and honey feel.
Knock on the door from housekeeping asking what time we were leaving at 10am when check out is at 11am. Washing machine very noisy and block on the television volume so couldn't hear movie while machine was on. Some of the thermostat panels weren't working. Lack of brush and shovel. Bedroom remote control wasn't working.

The apartment was huge.
We chose a hotel so there would be staff on site if anything happened. There werent staff on site. One day, the access box wasnt working. We just happened to find a person exiting the attached building who knew how to reset it. I would have preferred to have key cards rather than a phone app for access. Only one of us could use our phone to access, so it was like only having one key.

Great layout, great location, plenty of space.
No staff at reception. I did not like the bluetooth entry to the property via my own telephone. This is not nearly as convenient as having a key / keycard.

Good location and having a washer/dryer was nice
There is no staff at this location, which I did not realize when I booked it. They also require a refundable security deposit be paid in advance, again not mentioned when booking. The place was extremely stuffy and smelled like old fried food when we got in. The way the blinds are mounted prevents any of the windows from opening. The instructions mention a floor fan but we could not find one anywhere in the apartment and no front desk to ask. We ended up removing some of the blinds so we could open windows in order to sleep. Checkout was supposed to be 11am, but we went to get breakfast and could not get back in the room with the digital key (prior to 11) to get our bags. I ended up having to call another location from my non-EU phone to turn my digital key back on to retrieve our bags.
