Great location, close to the busy areas. Beds comfortable, roomy and good communication. We felt safe and were very happy with this accommodation.

The maintenance crew, Martin and Orr were extremely helpful and friendly and resolved our check in problems efficiently. Other than that the apartment was fine, but the windows could not be opened in hot weather.
The check in process is an absolute nightmare. Physical key cards not provided. They make you download a third party app to get into the car park, then use that to load a “key”, and that didn’t work, as ~0 signal available at entrance. The remote staff were not helpful or efficient.

Central location, easy to walk around. Cancelled flight meant that we did not sleep there, so a very brief visit.
Very limited space in the bedroom and the bed moved squashing you against the wall.

Pleasant
The apartment was two bedrooms, one bathroom, and a large living room. They offer underground parking, although it needs to be reserved in advance and is available for an additional fee. It's located on a quiet side street, yet only a short walk from the city's main shopping area and city's train station.
The floor felt a bit sticky and could have been cleaner, so I would recommend wearing slippers indoors. The check-in process is fully digital, requiring guests to download an app and use their mobile phone as the key to access both the hotel and the room. It may be challenging for guests who are not familiar with online self check-in. In addition, the room windows could only be opened slightly, and some could not be opened at all. As the room does not have air conditioning, it became quite warm during our stay.

Rooms clean, bed comfortable, bathroom/shower fantastic. Location close to lots, city easy to walk. Wifi was fast! Staff was very helpful and could always be reached by email. Kitchen well stocked with cookware, etc. The basics are solid.
Checkin was complex and distributed across several emails. The phone app was finicky - took more than 2 minutes sometimes to unlock door. No soap for washing machine (delivered on request). Exterior door did not lock (they were notified). Phone contact wasn't always answered. For the cost, felt like this should have been better.

The hostess not getting us our code for entry before arriving. We had to wait and were told to be patient. Then she INSISTED the entry was across from the church and was insulting that I was to stupid to understand her direction…. Only to find out from another guest it was NOT across from the church but around the corner.

The apartment was huge and the bathrooms were great. It was centrally located and very reasonably priced. The building has a code to enter and you use an app to get into your room so no need to keep track of keys.
It was difficult reaching management when we initially entered the room we were booked into because the room was a complete, unclean mess. It turns out the housekeeper hadn't showed up and it still had everything left over from the previous guest (dirty dishes, dirty sheets, dirty towels, etc.). This shocked us. Getting a person on the phone to discuss this with was not easy. Ultimately they were able to switch us to another room, but that was on the first floor which was definitely much noisier. They contract out the housekeeping. This is something they should have checked before a new guest enters. In addition, the room safe didn't work as it was out of batteries.

Location was excellent. Temperature and comfort of rooms was perfect. Bedrooms were small but hallways were large enough to comfortably store luggage.
No staff in attendance - but that was ok as contact details were readily available.

The apartment was really nice. Very spacious and liveable. Clean too. It was in a great location and exactly what I was looking for.
There were no staff on duty at all. I understand that is the nature of this building but it would have been nice if there was at least someone who could help up. We could not figure out how to work the laundry machine properly for the longest time and had no one to ask. Not a big deal though.

There was nothing to like,they canceled the room state there was issue with the broiler but did not reserve another room for us after trying for over 3 hours to get in touch with someone,He send us to a hotel that had no available room.We were left on the street of Glasgow with no where to go.

Good location, old building
No parking even though it was advertised, I have to pay $30 a night to park 10 minutes away,
Staff irresponsive never reply back inquiring for parking or when the fire alarm suddenly start a and have to evaluate the building at 8 am
Key system is to your phone and you need to have Internet connection or roaming, it doesn't work properly and leaves you out
Building is unmanned, so no one around to help,
Door code never provided and have to ask the neighbors.

Disappointing
Location
Our stay at PREMIER SUITES Glasgow was unfortunately disappointing for several reasons:
1. Cleanliness: Upon arrival, the apartment was not properly cleaned, and we had to clean it ourselves from the start. We noticed dust in various corners, including wall vents, light switches, and inside the oven. Even some of the kitchenware was not fully clean, and we ended up purchasing some replacements for our comfort.
2. Room size: The apartment was quite small and felt cramped for an extended stay.
3. Customer service: Communication with the management was difficult and very slow. The only way to reach them was through WhatsApp, and outside of working hours, there was often no response at all. There was no alternative contact method or emergency number, which caused real inconvenience on multiple occasions.
4. Check-in process: The self check-in system using the mobile app was complicated and unreliable. The app often failed to open the doors, and since there were no staff on-site or other entry options, this caused repeated problems for us and other guests as well.
5. Cleaning and waste disposal: We stayed for almost three weeks, and cleaning was scheduled only once a week. The same applied to garbage collection. After repeated requests, they agreed to provide daily service, which we appreciated.
6. Linen and bedding: The towels and bedding were not of good quality. Some items did not feel fresh, so we chose to buy new ones ourselves.
7. Ventilation: The windows barely opened, and there was limited airflow in the apartment. Only after insisting did the team help us adjust some curtains so we could open two windows slightly more.
In summary, while the location was convenient, many aspects of the stay did not meet expectations, especially considering the length of our visit and the standards we were hoping for.
