Booked in VERY LATE ( 1.30 am ! ) but Cathy in reception was brilliant . Real Glaswegian..!
The room itself was spotless and , most important of
all , I didn't hear a sound all night from any other guests..!
Central location means easy to get trains , busses etc
and to find food of any kind..

i liked having a roof over my head but it's the absolute bare minimum. i like the lift access, a lot easier than having to haul suitcases up stairs. the towels and bed seemed clean on the surface, however underneath the sheet the actual mattress had dirt and fluff on it. check in allowed me to check in around 1am which was great. the staff seemed friendly.
the room was tiny and smelled like smoke. the window couldn't be opened to remedy this. the kitchen/bar was closed and the only vending machine only had drinks and it was cash only. the front desk couldn't provide change for us to get water.
not many plug sockets, no cutlery or mugs. the pillow felt like concrete and the sheet and mattress had rips in them.

Good amenities in room, iron, kettle and coffee makers, fan and smart TV. Bed was very comfortable and blackout curtains were great.
Room was very clean, with plenty room to move around. Staff were very friendly. Fan was great added bonus in room as room was warm
Having extra pillows available would have been good as only one pillow each.

The property was very good value for money. It is only 15 minute walk to city centre or 2 minute train. The staff were lovely and helpful. The room was clean with a great view.
The breakfast options could be better but it was still good value for money
