It was close to the kings theatre
Rooms are tired. Smelled damp. Bathroom wasnt properly clean. TV was so old didnt have usb so was stuck watching limited channels

Key casrds didnt work. They had to let me in with a hard key. Someone banged on my door in the middle of the night. There was NO PHONE IN THE ROOM to call the front desk. I never slept UNACCEPTABLE!

It was handy for Charing Cross station
It was not a warm day but the room was baking. The plug got stuck in the basin. The bar closes well before 11 - what's the point of having it? Breakfast was priced steeply and with 10am checkout you couldn't take your time over it so I didn't bother. Not a leisure hotel and not of business standard
