No bar at the reception. No seating area. The room was dirty with stains on the walls. Looked very very old and was really not worth the money we spent on the stay. The staff was very nice though

The staff were very helpful, the water was hot and we had a good breakfast
The room was grim - very old and run down and the pillows on the bed were disgusting. We asked to change them but they said they had no better ones! When you pay for bed and breakfast, the least to expect is a decent bed and bedding.

The hotel it's self is not up to standard, extremely high prices !! Restaurant & Bar not open. Rooms not cleaned ! No air con.
Dated room, curtains didn't fit the windows.

The proximity of the hotel to Charing Cross station was great. Right next door.
The room was massively over priced we were charged £300, I struggle to see how it is worth over £150 a night. The room was small,
Only one bed had a bedside table, the tv was tiny, the window didn’t shut properly, the bin was rusty and the place looked really shabby.

Lady on reception was very friendly and nice
Hotel is in a rough area, the main room was clean but the bathrooms smelt of urine and the floor was dirty. The pillows were terrible and only had one each
