Wonderful
We felt so at home, was welcomed by a lovely man,and a young man called frasier was very helpful, i have bipolar and can get anxious,(i dont always mention )but i felt very relaxed and assured if i needed anything i only needed to ask.
Weather was horriable.

Let me tell you I've never meet so many nice staff member who actually talk and don't judge for how you look
The toliet and the heater,
Toliet smells alot it was like a bus toliet smell

Staff were wonderful and effortlessly kind and helpful. Location was spot on for city centre. Shower was perfect. Comfy beds.
Cold breakfast but plenty of choice and everything you needed.
Room had no window so felt prison like. However it did have multi coloured mood disco lights - completely lost on us. Loose pointless shelf next to bed where everything slid off. Safe was broken. And think there had been a leak as there was a damp smell on bedding. Functionally, places to fit everything but felt cramped.

The room was lovely facing into the cafe area so although it wasn't a window we had a frosted glass pane letting in natural light. Beds were comfortable and the room was spacious and spotless
The only downside is they only provide bath sheets and a bath mat - a hand towel would be nice for washing hands after the loo and for washing hair - I now always take a hand towel as we use Point A a lot. No kettle either but we take a travel kettle

It was very clean, modern, staff friendly, breakfast lovely and everything was easily accessible.
Remote control didn’t work so we couldn’t put on the tv but as it was only overnight it wasn’t a problem. I didn’t even contact staff as it was bedtime when we got in from our concert and checked out in the morning. So I’m sure they would have rectified if we had asked.

Good value for money, I liked everything except for the room size and that it didn't have a window. But I didn't expect anything extra, because the price of the stay was low, and the rest was excellent (staff, cleanliness, breakfast, location).
